Blitzo leaving her with a supposedly hefty hotel bill, stealing her car "three rings to Wrath" and maxxing out her credit cards for “shitty horse-riding lessons" is in no way setting a boundary. He in fact didn’t set a boundary, he stole her money and ran without using his words at all.

But now season 2 has been constant blitzo bashing for things I personally don’t think compare to the shit Stolas put him through. Like oh no, Blitzo yelled at Stolas? Well Stolas waited until Blitzo was in a vulnerable position to put him in a sexually coercive relationship, that’s not an easy thing to brush off, so I have no idea why I’m supposed to be angry that Blitzo doesn’t trust him. And the whole “I didn’t believe you would love someone like me” feels like a band aid to ignore the countless examples of Stolas being the reason WHY Blitzo felt that way about their relationship.

I hate the “it’s hell so of course they act bad” argument. Even for sinners it’s a wonky excuse at best, cuz we don’t know the criteria it takes for humans to end up in Hell. Sure, Hell doesn’t exactly instill the best morals, but the hell born (Imps, hellhounds, succubi, etc) aren’t in Hell because they’re automatically evil, rather, it’s just because that’s their home. Just like real life it depends what environment they grew up in and if they have the mental fortitude to help themselves to change for the better. Blitz saying what he did shouldn’t be perceived as exceptionally awful just sounds like someone making excuses, using a semi-truth, everyone in Hell (Pride ring and maybe most of greed) is shitty, to justify his own shitty behavior. We’ve seen happy couples, healthy families, people admitting to their mistakes thus far. All this goes against the narrative Blitz, and some fans, are trying to convince themselves of. Im not sure people understand the Anti-Blitzo party. In the episode, Blitz says "All right, and now onto the exes, who are all in one place..." meaning that thats the place where people that Blitz slept with or dated before are there. I can prove my claim by stating that he says in the episode "Sorry for not falling head over heels for you! Or that guy or, fucking Dennis or- or anyone at this stupid fucking party!" Which means he dated and slept with everyone at the party. This would give an answer to the reason why Barbie isnt there. Vortex is there cause he has to be by Verosikas side wherever. Im probably the only person who understands what the party is.
Honestly, making this party was a mistake. Verosika and Stolas were supposed to be high-ranking or “special” demons no ordinary imp could get with. Blitz, despite his insecurities, managed to get with them, showing that he could actually get the love he craves if he just tried to be more open… and yet this party throws all of that away by having him fuck whomever. With the anti-blitz party it felt convenient and made blitz more evil. But instead, there are either irrelevant “exes” we have never seen before or people like Dennis being clout chasers. Heck, even near the end we have Wally Wackford profiting off this. So, it’s kind of hard to care for them.
@@rainbowtoyfunrandomess1982 honestly they are better people to explain why blitzika is better than stolitz, but I just gonna say they atleast get each other. Stolitz have too many problems from starting with the arrangement for the grimoire, the lack of communication on both sides and problems with assumptions, power imbalance and the fact blitzo doesn't believe he could be loved. Blitzika on the other hand is simple to understand, both just together one day (based on what verosika said, he was just a fun guy to be with) and a had a pretty good relationship. Both were clearly happy and just because blitzo got scared when verosika said I love you, he run away and robbed her. And I think idea of blitzo working to improve himself to fix relationships with the people he have now, the ones he hurts/loss and get back the girl that always loved him, now knowing he can be happy
I think Verosika had a perfectly justified reason to hate blitzo he did max out her credit card steal her car leave her etc. like yeah you can say maybe she was obsessive I can tell she is but how is she supposed to feel about someone who absolutely screwed her over. Not to mention that she's still willing to express care for him
The realization I had is that blitzo reminds me of me a bit with the relationship thing but the realization I had in both cases is that relationships can end because of no intended harm but all manner of miss understandings and such that eventually make things fall apart I don't think it's necessarily blitzos fault I just think something about him makes him unintentionally be a bad partner
Helluva Boss will only start getting good in my eyes, when we start seeing I.M.P doing something. These relationship dramas have been dragged out for 3+ years and has cannibalised the show entirely. I dont want to deal with relationship drama in real life and then go watch a show about it. I literally cant believe Blitz doesnt need Stolas and yet the Writer's still insist on trying to work it out for the sake of the Fandom and the shippers. If Murder Drones or any other indie animation studio tried doing the same thing, ditching the main story to please the shippers and Fandom-goers, then I would levy the same critisism. Season 2 has a lot of what I call "Canon Fanfiction" where the show becomes so unrealistic and hellbent on a narrative where the lore is pushed aside and this episode feels like it represents that. In a vaccum, this episode works, compared to the rest of the show, no this episode makes no sense.
Glad that I'm a Murder Drones fan. Murder Drones world is much scarier than HB/HH, though it only has 8 episodes with flaws like speedrunny plot that put subtly throughout the show, I enjoy most aspect of the show: Horror, Plot, Animation, Humor, Fight Scenes, etc. Unlike HB/HH, Murder Drones do treat audiences like an intelligent person.
I think its the point of the episode that blitzø is always seen in the wrong. He literally went to everyone that hated him justified or not and even went to a blitzø hate party. Its a kind of storytelling that even though its not actually all of your fault even if you were the one mostly in the right and cant change anything about it. It can still feel like your the only one at fault when everybody you surround yourself with including yourself hates you. Its a very realistic approach to the way its easy to take one side and coincides with stolas's oblivious nature. Verosika and vortex in the song all 2 u was trying to convince stolas that it was all blitzø's fault when stolas second guessed himself.
For the whole Barbie question, I just think the reason she didn’t attend the party was because she doesn’t want to remember Blitzø. I like to think that she attented once, but left when Blitzø’s face was plastered everywhere. (On the decorations, cake, piñatas, shirts, etc…)
I HOPE VEROSIKA MAYDAY APOLOGIZE TO MOXXIE AFTER WHAT SHE DID TO HIM WELL I BECOME A SUCCUBUS LAWYER 👩💼IN HELL I'LL SUE HER AND GET HER A RESTRAINING ORDER AND HOUSE ARREST MOXXIE NEED TO SUE HER RIGHT NOW!!!!.
Part of what makes it hurt does come down to scheduling. Cristina V is pretty much a popular Voice Actor. So, booking her must be hell. It'd make more sense why someone like her or Striker would feel like "one-off characters" or "character's that show up on special occasions". Kinda like how Kelsey Grammar shows up to play Sideshow Bob and we don't see Bob for like another few seasons. That'd be like me getting Tara Strong or Vivica A Fox to voice two specific characters of mine.
Apology Tour is a good episode in my opinion, but at the same time it's kinda mean spirited because everyone at the Anti Blitzø Party really loves hating on Blitz and even calls him bad names and even burns a Blitz Plush on the stake. Also Stolas is such a hypocrite because he says he never looks down on Blitz, but yet he did especially in Season 1 and he has no idea what Blitz is going through. But despite that I love that Verosika actually has a good reason why she hates Blitz, she's not as bad as anyone says she is. She's just heartbroken plus at least she's somewhat nice to him after Blitz says he's sorry to her. Also the surprising cameo of Martha and Mrs Mayberry is really something.
Thank you for calling out his hypocrisy because its actually pretty damn funny to think about it because he does i really like hr protayed as the victim when actually he looks down on him 15:3115:3315:3715:4015:42
Okay just say that I am not against Verosika being angry at what happen to her what Blitzø did was wrong I am not disagreeing with that but no in this fandom is going to tell that what she is helping people cope because she is NOT our anger toward a person should never get to the point where you want that person to kill themself you see this in the episode with people burning, stabbing, and hanging effigies of Blitzø that not coping people Versosika is only increasing and justifying their hate towards him and the fact she does this one time every year means these people including Versosika are stick in a cycle that they cannot move on. The first reason of why say this because one I don’t want Versosika seen a spiteful individual because what Blitzø did was wrong but she choosing to whole on to a half decade long brake up having a yearly house hate party doesn’t do it. The second reason is writers we’re really trying to make Blitzø look like a villain like because we already know how flawed over Blitzo is we know why he pushes people, avoid have a true attachment to some, and why he toxic view of himself based what we have gathered from his past also we have already seen how bad he is at relationships Fizzarolli, Versosika, and now Stoles during full moon we already have enough examples we DID NOT need full house people to show he bad at relationships that just dumb make me feel like the writer forgot how they wrote his character.
The huge problem is that season 2 is more like a retcon to almost the entire cast's motives and behaviors. Stolas was a mysterious demon prince who we knew almost nothing about his backstory and why he is interested in blitzø. Blitzø was a selfish @$$hole who was striving to make a living with a just 2 employees and his adopted hellhound daughter. Stella was an upset housewife struggling to raise her daughter with her cheating husband Stolas. Now in season 2 she's been retconned to be an abusive wife that humiliates Stolas for no apparent reason just so that the writers can justify Stolas's cheating. Utterly stupid and character defying. Moxxie was an awkard weakling imp who had soft feelings and would hesitate to do something dangerous or stupid, but had a strong relationship with his wife Millie. Millie hasn't changed much due to lack of character development. Same with Loona. Ozzie and Fizzarolli were more like antagonists in season one due to their aggressive behavior towards Moxxie, Millie, and then called out Blitzø, ultimatly embarressing him at Ozzie's. Stiker was an actual villian who was hired by Stella to assasinate Stolas at the Harvest Moon Festival until Bliztø and the rest of IMP stopped after Striker tried to get Blitzø on his side as a partner (Not romanticly speaking shut up shut up shut u-). Now in season 2 Striker has been reduced to a comedy relife villian who rides a toy train back to his lair, has a boner statue of himself, and is the butt of every joke he gets caught up in. Probably the most butchering of any character in the entire series so far. The show went from being about a team of imps that would be sent to earth to slaughter the living, to an extremly confused show about a Stolitz shipper's fantasy. I pray the writers get an idea of what they've been doing wrong for more than a year with this show and turn it all around again.
@A7-13-x indeed. But we have to wait for his full thoughts, but if he is more positive, im glad, and I think it's deserved. This episode was way better than Full Moon, and I'd call it the best episode of Season 2
How does stolas has the only justifiable reason excuse me did we forgot what he did to verosika and how he constantly starts insulting her and how they went for each others neck verosika was never shown to be mean to everyone who doesn’t likes blitz she only attacked I.M.P because their closely related and we cant forget how stolas as well was using blitz for a cheap lay and how he kept dragging him into a uncomfortable sex position then gaslight him into thinking he was the problem where in reality where stolas was part of the problem
Maybe Verosika is Bi-Polar...so maybe that's why she swaps moods so quick. I feel Striker may come in and help out Blitz and do a whole "I can relate" episode or short even. I felt that Striker woulda helped Blitz out anyways... :p but that's just how I feel about it lol
I realized that in this episode Verosika is someone who is putting on a show when she thought blitzo wasn't there having a fantasy about harming him for instance but it's interesting how when she sees blitzo that disappears and she's really in touch with things
@A7-13-x I know! I thought eps 6-8 were good but not great, but I think this episode shows that they are starting to find their footing again. And the next episode is being written by Brandon Rogers so hopefully that one is also great
They seem to be getting their act together. The early season 2 was very hit and miss but (with the exception of Full Moon) the last few episodes have been really good
One thing I hate is about this episode was the party: In season 1, Blitz was clearly unaware on how much he actually achieved: despite being so insecure of himself, he managed to not only start a successful killing business (especially for an imp), but he also managed to get demons like Verosika (a popular popstar) and Stolas (a powerful demon prince). What other imp can say that? (Aside from Fizz and Ozie’s relationship, but that seemed fake in Season 1 - only for public validation) And yet that fucking party threw all of that away by making Blitz fuck all of these random OCs. The lack of self-awareness this show has is dumb.

But instead, there are either irrelevant “exes” we have never seen before or people like Dennis being clout chasers. Heck, even near the end we have Wally Wackford profiting off this. So, it’s kind of hard to care for them.
Blitzika is better than stolitz
@@neokamenrider Why's that? Just curious.
Based
Well Blitzika isn’t going to be canon because Viziepop just spoiled the fact that Stolitz is going to be an end game couple.
@@samflood5631 That's such a shame. I was really looking forward to seeing Blitz and Verosika make amends even more.🥺
I think Verosika had a perfectly justified reason to hate blitzo he did max out her credit card steal her car leave her etc. like yeah you can say maybe she was obsessive I can tell she is but how is she supposed to feel about someone who absolutely screwed her over.
The victim blaming in Stolas’s song is crazy 💀
You need to rewatch the first Verosika episode. He didn’t JUST set a boundary.
Exactly
@@seeleunit2000 Thank you for agreeing.
Verosika Mayday was also a hypocrite in this episode.
Thank you for calling out his hypocrisy because its actually pretty damn funny to think about it because he does i really like hr protayed as the victim when actually he looks down on him 15:31 15:33 15:37 15:40 15:42
Have M&M ever interacted or spoken to Stolas? 🤔
Yeah for a bit in Loo Loo Land
Yes! More positive Helluva reviews from Vanity! Just what I needed.
What. we don’t even know if it’s a positive video
@@The-winter-soldier-127title and thumbnail seems promising. Calling it "refreshing" and a "needed change of pace" is a good sign
@@LucaMations what really well shit I’m surprise
@A7-13-x indeed. But we have to wait for his full thoughts, but if he is more positive, im glad, and I think it's deserved. This episode was way better than Full Moon, and I'd call it the best episode of Season 2
@@LucaMations Personally for me that was season 2 ep7 but this episode was really good
Finally you have something positive to say lol

@@The_gaslight_district_Fanboy oh thanks
I realized that in this episode Verosika is someone who is putting on a show when she thought blitzo wasn't there having a fantasy about harming him for instance but it's interesting how when she sees blitzo that disappears and she's really in touch with things
season 2 more like season yum yum character development
من حاظرم با وراسکا مجانی رابطه داشته باشم😂😂
Let's go! This episode was WAY better than Full Moon. I'd call it the best episode of the season so far
Finally now they’re getting their shit together
@A7-13-x I know! I thought eps 6-8 were good but not great, but I think this episode shows that they are starting to find their footing again. And the next episode is being written by Brandon Rogers so hopefully that one is also great
They seem to be getting their act together. The early season 2 was very hit and miss but (with the exception of Full Moon) the last few episodes have been really good
@@Kaijuenjoyer-nv7qnexactly
No just as bad
One thing I hate is about this episode was the party:
In season 1, Blitz was clearly unaware on how much he actually achieved:
despite being so insecure of himself, he managed to not only start a successful killing business (especially for an imp),
but he also managed to get demons like Verosika (a popular popstar) and Stolas (a powerful demon prince). What other imp can say that? (Aside from Fizz and Ozie’s relationship, but that seemed fake in Season 1 - only for public validation)
And yet that fucking party threw all of that away by making Blitz fuck all of these random OCs.
The lack of self-awareness this show has is dumb.
If stoliz wasn’t in this episode the episode could’ve worked but the stupid bird is here now let me say this I don’t like blitz
