10k rent day was unsustainable and loop hole too many exploited. I'm not a renter and BILT is still my go to card @ 12x dining, 4x travel, 2x catch all with Platinum status. Everything else is gravy. BILT has overtaken UR and MR as my #1 ecosystem. And with the prior CEO of Amex now the chairman at BILT, I'm all in!
I've had a good first year with BILT, $50K on restaurants and Rent Day, sending the majority to Alaska with a 40% boost. I'm in the same boat as CallMeLani as a homeowner, not sure how to play this moving forward. The premium Alaska card will likely get most of my dining spend, so I would like to see some kind of a new angle for organic spend, otherwise it could become a sock drawer card waiting for promotions and remembering to spend on it a few times a month.

Lani is my point-stacking theme park lovin' brother!
Sure is! A wealth of knowledge and a cautiously optimist approach to Bilt.
Thanks Chad!
Lani dropping 💎💎💎 Thanks for the info + livestream!
Thanks Jimmy!
Appreciate you Jimmy

10k per rent day was unsustainable for sure, but the cut to 1k was a little severe. That was a LOT. But Mortgage will help a lot.
Great info!!! Thanks,
It is nice hearing you two bounce ideas off of and feeding on each other.
Yeah, Lani’s great to bounce Bilt stuff with.

Yeah, I have a feeling Mortgages will make or break the card depending on how they do it. But they have the fundamentals down.
Great convo guys. Happy holidays!
Thanks! This was a fun one.
I’d be content with Bilt once the mortgage comes online and if the card became a good CFU replacement
Yeah, it’s a strong card and Mortgage will be crazy
