    1:42 just starting off, thank you for not trying to sell acceptance therapies only to not accept anger and try to win about not winning trying to say right or wrong don't exist as some sort of glorified therapeutic opiate. I really think some therapy is just bad and this is makes me feel safe. It carries real information. It's having the inner technology to unpack it well without being overwhelmed by the trapped intelligence that is the problem.

    anger is a release. it is toxic to keep it bottled up inside.

      Yes, healthy anger is such a great skill to have. I had to do alot of work on this myself as I used to repress it. Thanks for your thoughtful comments and for following along Terry : )

    5:16 I stopped here. Sometimes anger like this is a way to assert boundaries that you don't want to be in relationship with someone. In that case it's not wrong to not be in relationship. Being in relationship is not inherently a good thing, especially when the person is a stalker, someone parasitic financially and health wise to you, or otherwise a real bodily threat. Thanks for trying.
