Another great video on UBI. I found this video while researching Andrew Yang. I now support Mr. Yang and his vision of UBI. Andrew Yang's "Freedom Dividend" will work for the USA and will help unite our country.
This will be one of the greatest achievements of the human race. Do you know how many people will be lifted out of poverty? How much mental illness, reduction in physical illness this will solve? How many people will be able to visit their friends and families because of UBI? How much depression and anxiety will be reduced? This would be great.
Housing is an auction. Housing goes to the highest bidder. If everyone was given a trillion a year rent would go up a trillion dollars. Socialism has never and can never work. But hope this goes through. I won't have to work again until it fails.
@Reuben Thomasson Ont MB all canceled..actually considering that UNIVERSAL basic income has never been implicated there are no examples. Invariably for some of these failed tests its a small group who are always unemployed poor never work. Sure u can point and say " look it improved their lives" and it would because free money does but thats not the point. It would improve my life as well and i certainly dont need it. Heck i could use it to pay for that new car i drove today. The point is we have an ubi. Its called a job and working to get ahead like everyone else. Not expecting others better off than u to give u money because u don't want to work. Its not financially possible and would be extremely detrimental to society as a whole. It would substantially raise taxes on the middle and upper classes. So given that..its a no sell

Lol u now admit u want to take from the rich ( whatever that means) and give to those who haven't earned it. Good for everyone? Not those paying substantially higher taxes. U should be honest. U think you're somehow owed by those more successful than u; theyve robbed u; u lack drive and ambition so u wont do it yourself but will take from those who do. There are no benefits to rich and the upper and middle classes. Since it doesn't benefit UNIVERSALLY theres really no benefit. Others play exactly the same game u do they win. No sense changing the rules

@@dougking5703 it was a failure not only Ford wanted to get rid of it and the resources were "spent" at least supposed to anyways go to the entire province.

The new Premier Ford in Ontario should be sued for cancelling the 3 yr. UBI programs
