Also I had these same exact adapters on my truck for about 4 years. No issues with them at all seem to be a quality piece. I was nervous hauling heavy with them but I’ve loaded 2000lbs in the bed and also have hauled a car and trailer that was about 6000lbs. These adapter studs did not break.
i have a 267/65R18 and i just added some fender flares which makes the wheels look small, i’m thinking about putting a 22 or 24 inch tires with 2 inch spacers, would i be good with a 2.5 leveling kit or would i still have to cut some off?
@@JayThompson25 nice. I have the same 1.5” adapters on my truck and I’m running 285/60r20. I have about a 1” level with bilstein 5100s and they rubbed in the same area you have. I trimmed a little as well. Just FYI for others about fitament with a smaller level.
Hey man! I recently got 35x12.5r20 ridge grapplers with my stock +44 offset wheels on my ‘13 f150. I have a 2.5” leveling kit and the tires are rubbing the upper control arm quite a bit. Do you think I could get away with a .5” spacer or would I have to go larger like a 1” or 1.5”?
I wouldn’t go any bigger than 1/4 spacer between the lugs. The 1/2 spacers don’t leave enough thread for my liking. You might have to trim a little if you add 1 inch or 1.5 inch spacers (these come with new lug studs.)The 1/4 inch might be enough, but you’d have to judge how bad they are actually rubbing!

It’s a king ranch grille painted black! The grille inserts goes over the honey comb and leaves you with my grille setup!

just installed 20’s on 35’s for my ext cab f150 on a 2.5 level definitely rubbing not alot but ride quality got a little bad
Tires account for most of it. I put 33 all terrains on the truck this fall and I was blown away at how much better it rode
