Unlike other bands, these sisters love one another and want the best for each other. Unlike a lot of other siblings, they grew up in that close Mexican family culture that cares and takes care of each other. Friends become family, teachers become family, crew members become family, management becomes family!!! I’m all in for the weekly TW deal!!!😊⚡️
They have been performing as a band for 11 years. So their stage presence is of a seasoned band.
And they have been thru fire to get to this stage so nothing scares them anymore.
Dany's "YEAH!" face fills me with so much joy. The Villarreal sisters must be protected at any and all costs.
So much swagger and attitude! It wasn't a hostile crowd but 99% of the crowd didn't know who they were and they completely owned the place.
Yeah that look at the end by Dany is great. Try "Dust to Dust" at the Teatro Metropolitan from 2022. Pau sings lead on it. Actually all the songs from the Teatro Metropolitan are fire. The audio/video quality is exceptional. Fun reaction. Keep it up.
So, what I've noticed so far...
Dany: Protector of this group and reserves her Rock attitude on the stage, but she is really nice and sweet to everyone.
Ale: Cool and the most reserved person of the group, but watch out, she can be scary when she wants to.
And my personal favorite.
Pau: Fierce, outspoken, loud and pure firecracker. The creative mind of the Band. Kind-hearted and all around Bad Ass !!!

"That look" from Dany was basically telling MTV (and the crowd): "That's how it should be done!" The Warning bring to popular music in general, and rock in particular, exactly what it's been missing through twenty or more years of ultra-commercialised crap. No nonsense, in your face, charismatic brilliance. Long may they reign as the Queens of Rock!
Their positioning on stage is nothing new, either. It's the same as they used for the covers they did from their home studio, the Warning Cave, a decade ago, before they started to write and record their own music.

Absolutely correct-no egos in this band. Dany gets criticized by those who don’t know-“she never does solos; she can’t play”. She doesn’t do solos often (there are a few, and they are short) because she doesn’t feel the need to upstage her sisters; they play only what the song needs, and most of them don’t need solos.
There are plenty of videos out there where we see that she can, in fact, shred on that PRS!

While not a The Warning song she owned it when they did Atlas Rise at the Whisky & has only gotten better. Plus having both Matt Bellamy of Muse and Lzzy Hale of Halestorm give her guitars because they think she is that good is quite an endorsement.

Agree with everyone wanting Dust to Dust, but since you really like their stage presence you should also check out Dull Knives at the 2018 Heaven and Hell Fest. 17, 15 and 13 year old Ale in Pig Tales performing in front of metalheads waiting to see Ozzy/Sabaton/Five Finger Death Punch/Gojira etc... They are seasoned performers now. Ale lost connection to the speakers in this concert and just clapped her hands and sang to get through the song. Crimson Queen at Foro Didi Dany had a battery on her pickup go out so she did the start of the song a capella and she sang it like that was the way it was supposed to be...and how many drums sticks has Pau broken mid song?
These girls have so much experience that they know how to solve problems!! NOTHING can stop them!! 😁

Your reactions are exactly like mine when I first discovered The Warning. Everything just blew me away one after one. 4 years later, they are still doing the same.
Dust to Dust cemented my love for The Warning, and from that song onwards, I was obsessed. I flew to Texas from Liverpool to see if the hype was real. The hype was wrong, they were WAY, WAY much better!!! Well worth the 3742 mile journey.
Dust to Dust, Choke, Animosity, Dull Knives are a must for your next considerations, or if you want to learn more about these young ladies, then go back to 2017 for their TedX show. A must see show for any The Warning fan. That show alone gained them many new fans. It is about 17 minutes long and showcases 3 songs. See how they have progressed in the last 7 years. They introduce themselves and tell you about their journey upto then. Mind blowing stuff from 3 kids. 🤟
He also needs to watch the first TEDx 2016 appearance because without that one there would not be a second TEDx and he would miss half the story.
They Warning will be visiting the home turf of the Beatles this summer in July that is going to be another first for them.
If you love Dany’s facial expressions, I recommend the music video for Choke. They are always better live on stage, BUT the music video has Dany playing to the camera throughout! Like she’s singing for YOU, to YOU! It will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up! The first time I saw it, I felt like she could see me through the screen.

To be honest "P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C" seems to be better from Whisky a GoGo 2019.

Like so many have suggested you don't want to miss more of Paulina's interaction in their songs. A softer start of that could be their song *Z Live at Teatro Metropolitan* because Dany has a nice little solo hidden in there as well. 😉
After you go back in time, it's easier to understand how they are so comfortable on stage.. It's pretty much all they know.. ALE the Bassist was 7 or 8 when she joined her sister's 13 & 10 yrs old on stage for their first gig..they started a musical journey right after they crawled out of the crib..all 3 Classically Trained on Piano before they ever touched the instruments they play now.. Music is like breathing air to them. It just a natural thing.🤘🎶&🌎✌️

They are the real deal, they always deliver "the full package"! ❤💯
As far as their stage presence, you should check out their “aftermovies”, especially about the VMA performance. They were definitely feeling nervous offstage; Pau said something like “the goal is not to vomit.” But you’re right; onstage, they look like they’re in absolute control. For their music video for their recent release “Money,” they used the studio audio over the live footage of them debuting the song in front of 58000+ people when they were opening for Foo Fighters.
Ale' wasn't even double digits old when they first started performing on TV. So many Performances on stages of all sizes over the years as well.... That is why the are nice and cozy on stage, they don't just play, they Perform their music! ✌️🤟

Recommendation - great Dany guitar solo - Teatro Metropolitan concert, opening song, Z. This concert kicks ass from the first second to the last. Check out how many reactors have done live streams for the whole concert and with record attendance.

As you dive deeper into this band, you will see all 3 sisters looking at each other, smiling at each other in adoration. They thrive on seeing the others shine. They are THE REAL DEAL!!

As a suggestion, consider watching the Teatro Metroplitan full concert from the beginning, including the short behind the scenes at the beginning prior to the concert. Just go song by song. If you do one a week, that will take you 23 weeks.
Before that, though, consider watching their "Enter Sandman" cover from 2014, which has 25+M views.
Their ages at that time were Dany 14, Pau 12, Ale 9. They had only been playing together for about 2 years and Ale had only been playing bass for about 2 years.

Read in some comments that when they opened for Guns and Roses their allotted time onstage was supposed to be 60 min. they got to the venue and were told they now have 30 min. and no sound check I surmise that GnR was afraid of getting blown off the stage (JMO) PS suggestion "Error" from the Teatro show it's a banger for reals

Great reaction! They really don't have any egos and are genuinely humble and down to earth. They are fantastic role models as well! My favorite experience seeing them live was at the private show they did in November 2022 at the chom rock room in Montreal. Ale was sick so they ended up doing an off-the-cuff acoustic duo because they didn't want to cancel. There were maybe 60 people in attendance and I was standing right next to Dany. When Pau started playing, Dany just knelt down right away to give her sister all of the spotlight and just smiled in admiration as she watched her play. It was such an authentic moment and sadly none of the recordings of that evening really captured it. Truly one of a kind band! Thanks for reacting to them and looking forward to the next one.

Lastly, and by no means least … They have a completely reimagined version of Metallica's 'Enter Sandman' - it's brilliant yet different take on an old classic. Dust to Dust from the Teatro Metropolitan!! Here are some others that I love (actually I love them ALL, but anyway...) Hunter, Revenant, and Disciple (Teatro Metropolitan), Black Holes (Dakota Bar), and Breath (Pepsi Center). This was especial because Pau wrote it and she said she will NEVER play it live (too personal) but she got caugh out the moment and sang it for everyone and it was EMOTIONAL AF!! They have pretty cool videos too like Error, the newest Burnout it´s pretty fun to watch, Choke, Animosity it´s animated (sooo cool!!). They were set to open for Guns N Roses in Mexico City that weekend, then they were invited to the VMAs...so they bailed on GnR (with their approval). Also, MTV couldn't get the click track to work...so pure live, one take, and nailed it and Evolve.
You need to do Dust to Dust (Pepsi Center) for the new extended outro, and Narcicissta at Teatro. Pau will blow you away.

when DPA/TW play *MORE* live, it hits harder and has a rougher, grungier sound than the studio version in the OMV... the OMV is a fun video with DPA/TW playing and dancing around on a set that has a huge number of hidden Easter Eggs that long time followers will spot easily... for me, that brings back some memories of the fun videos we used to see on MTV back when it actually was "music videos all the time"... yes, i saw MTV's first broadcast when they officially came on the air 😹
i'm quite proud and happy for DPA/TW for making these milestone appearances at two MTV functions, the MIAW in CDMX (back in Aug 2023) and the VMAs in NY&NJ (Extended Stage) (in Sep 2023)... three additional milestones are
1) they are the first Mexican band to perform at the VMAs,
2) they were invited to perform,
3) they were not nominated for anything...
those speak volumes in a great and huge way! now add to that they have been doing this for 10 years... most of that was while independent...
DPA/TW did both of their songs fully live and in one take each... DPA/TW were also the only ones to be announced on the main stage when it was time to present their performances...
they have been playing for about 16 years which includes while they were learning and starting to become proficient at their art and individual instruments... they celebrated their 10th Anniversary as a band in Aug 2023... they have certainly worked long and hard on their art... to think that this all started because of the game Rock Band 😹

For Pau on lead vocals (I suggest all these from the Teatro Metropolian concert) 23, Dust to Dust, and/or Narcisista. She has a guest drummer (her drum coach, Beto Ramos) on Narcisista and goes out and fronts the band spectacularly. Narcisista is sung in Spanish.
You should check out some of their interviews (you don't have to react to them). You'll see that none of these young ladies have an ego, although they all could. They've been top-tier players/performers since they were teenagers. Instead, the are humble, kind gracious, and appreciative of everyone around them, their team, their fans, and especially, each other. I love everything about this band.
Dany's "look" at the very ending - yeah, I interpreted that as a flash of a moment of uncertainty, like she was thinking "so how did we do? did we get 'em?", followed immediately by that flash of recognition - "Yeah, we GOT 'EM!!" hehe
The Warning and Jinjer are the 2 most impressive bands I've discovered in 30 years. Women are taking over the rock and metal spaces.

You should watch their aftermovies, which are their behind the scenes mini-movies from their tour(s). You'll see that besides being incredibly talented, they are the most humble, down-to-earth, funny, entertaining, like your goofy little sisters as can be. A music video was just released a few days ago for "Burnout". It's a great video, but I suggest you leave that until you've seen a substantial portion of their body of work and some of the interviews. The MV is chock full of Easter Eggs from the prior stuff and you will miss a lot of it otherwise. Just a thought.
I also spotted that last look on Dany's face the first time I watched this performance. I loved it. I wouldn't have described it quite the way you did, but I get it. What it said to me was "Yeah, we just did that, nailed it, any questions?". I noticed recently that someone else had nearly the same thought. Dany's expression says it all.

So true GP42. No egos here. There are three leads here sharing the stage at one time. Total accurate read on that last look from Dani. "Done. Let's see you do something with that dude." Rock monsters.
Go back and look at the video of them playing the Whiskey... they were 13 (almost 14), 16, and 18, respectively. They kill it. They have basically been playing in front of people since they were 8, 10, and 12. They opened for the Killers, toured with Muse and the Foo's. They have been on national TV several times, starting with Ellen when they were middle school/early high school kids. Recently played the Jimmy Kimmel Show. They are not intimidated by the size of the stage or crowd. They have been preparing for this their entire lives.
Enter Sandman from the Teatro Metropolitan would be a good one next.

They don't have an ego, cause they know they need all of them. Once they get a surprice by the company of "Rockband" during their visit. They played their own song. And they get 88%, 87% and 86%. Dany was winner an cheared. Pow only told her "in normal mode, we are so bad". 😂😂 as they made their "Error" album a producer said "when Ale rolls with her ayes...." they love each other and protec each other.

I'm most impressed by their first album and you should definitely consider watching the TedX University of Nevada show and intro to the girls. All three songs are awesome and the insightful words they share are incredible. My favorite song is the first one of the show, Unmendable. On this video you mentioned their confidence on stage at 20. At the TedX they were 12, 15 and 17. 🤯
Another great one to react to from their first album is the title track OMV, XXI Century Blood. I am a huge fan of theirs and love all the albums and most of the videos they have done but I still like the first album most!

when they played at the VMA's theyr's 2 others artists. They had 3 attempts to play the 2 songs plus a short of 45 sec i guess. The warning did it at the first attempt each!!!

Yea man, TW has it all, very talented and you notice their stage presence right away and her facial expressions are very cool. I think it's time to hear Paulina sing lead vocals. She sings lead on several songs, but I'll just go with Dust to Dust at the Teatro Metropolitan, it's a banger and it's a prologue to a concept album called Queen of The Murder Scene, cheers.

If you can ever fit in 2 videos, you should cover their 2014 note4note cover of Enter Sandman (they were 14, 12, & 9 at the time. Alé's bass was bigger than she was). Then cover their live 2022 version at Teatro Metropolitan. It'll give you a real sense of how far they've come.
