For sure. The rule is: if it says “The Warning” we watch. A 2 minute Tokyo behind-the-scenes video? We watch. An hour-long interview we’ve seen 10 times? We WATCH. Dany also has an older/longer/half-Spanish pedalboard video where she goes more in-depth. Different brand, line-6?, but the same concept.
Yes, check out Pau and Ale's gear rundowns too. These were filmed a little over a year ago. Dany has since acquired 3 Fender Strats, 2 of them are baritone, in white , black ,and pink. These were great, not just for the gear, but you got a little of their personalities too. Jasin Todd, then of Shinedown , is the one who gifted Lzzy a guitar back in the day.
All 3 episodes are great covering their gear. I really enjoy music but don't know jack about gear and found them very interesting. Had no idea how much work goes into getting their gear configured and ready for live shows so that when show day arrives, everything is easy to set up and tear down.
The LED lights are pretty helpfull when they cut the lights, especially at the beginning of songs which seems to me exactly when all the lights may be out. If you're a halfass bar band you can fumble the first 10 seconds, but not when you just sold out an 8K auditorium.
Man, one of the most talked about videos of The Warning ladies is Pau baking a cake. Not once, but twice. We'll happily welcome anything that has to do with them, musical or otherwise 😂😂
From memory, the Big Stubby is 3 mm. I believe she originally got into them by "borrowing" from Ale. Same for the light strips. Ale even had lights at Lunario. I don't remember where, maybe on Patreon, but I remember Ale talking about how she always put her picks back but when Dany borrowed them they usually just showed up in random places around the house.
Yeah, definitely do all of the GearMasters videos and also think about some of their Aftershows, they’re not too long and usually very amusing and give you more of an insight into their lives and character!
Yeah, these are all great. Would love to see you react to them all. BTW, since this recording in 2023, Dany switched her pick to a lighter one. Don't know the exact name. Those who have received picks thrown into the audience report she uses smaller/lighter ones now. I think there was a reference to that in a Patreon live chat recently as well.
Pretty sure most of The Warning Army will be very curious about your thoughts on Ale's and Pau's instruments. Hate to admit it, but what @oregonlt3 said. And your thoughts and insights on Dany's equipment were quite interesting.
Hey dude just thought I would let you know if you didn't already that there are some good live clips from both Wacken (Six feet Deep) and some from Pol'and rocks festival clean and well recorded not cell phone vids PS Ale's bass lines really stand out in the Pol'and rocks ones
My friend: DarWin and The Warning...2 de las mejores Bandas del mundo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Impressive call on the strings this is a great video thanks for looking at it. the other two are really good too these ladies are awesome Dany is a nerd when it comes to her gear. 🔥⚡
great job GP42.... looking forward to more!....really like gear rundowns and reviews.....also, The Warning + Band-Maid new song " Show Them"...to be released aug 7th......its a rocker..i would like to see a reaction video from GP42.......Thanx GP rock on
These are the most recent ones and these are the ones to watch for 95% of the gear they currently use, however, there is an older version of these from several years back that covers any gear missed and a lot that they no longer use (the only gear I think the recent ones miss are the in-ear monitors they use (which might be out of date) and Pau's headset mic (was it you that had questions about it?)). The recent ones are the ones to react to unless you have questions about any gear they might have missed.
I've had my b&w Explorer since 1984 and still love the hell out of it. I'm seeing them more and more lately being used by younger musicians. Even Dua Lipa's guitarist had one during her Times Square appearance.
YES! Do Ale and Pau's breakdowns as well... Really, any time 'The Warning' shows up in the title of a video, I watch it. Interviews, Vlogs, gear breakdowns, concert footage, OMVs... If it's The Warning, i'm down. There is no such thing as a boring 'The Warning' video.
@@COTTERO I didn’t say she was the best ever but she is great …So yeah I would put her up against anyone. If Lzzy can endorse her so can I .Expand your horizons a little bit bro .
It would be good to get your feedback on the other two Gear Masters videos (for Pau and Ale). I would suggest you leave the Pau video for last, as she also shows us the equipment she uses to run a "click track" and a backing track with something called "stems", I think.
Damn, I use a .60 mm nylon pick. I've tried thicker picks, but I don't like the sound or feel. Maybe it's because bass is my primary instrument and the strings are much thicker. But even when I play guitar, I like the silky scrape you get with a thin nylon pick.
Have you seen the interview in which Lzzy Hale explains how she got the guitar? During Lzzy's first tour (2005), her guitar broke down. Jason Todd from the band Shinedown and Seether gave her the Gibson. Lzzy thought it was a loan and wanted to give it back. But Jason said no, because he had previously bought the guitar as a gift. He said, if Lzzy ever met another guitarist who impressed and inspired her, she was to pass the Gibson on. Well, apparently Lzzy didn't take it lightly, because it took her 18 years to do it...I think that says a lot about Dany's talent. 😉
PRS guitars are High quality, so most people along with other high quality brand names would be quite happy to own one. Earnie Ball super slinkys are great strings, especially for bends. Chears bud.
Nerd out on gear all you want. Other musician reactors have done this. The more detail the better. 👍 The Dunlop big stubby is 3 mm. The inlays on her PRS are mother of pearl and it think "iridescent" was the word you were thinking. Consider posting their bts content, VLOGs, documentaries (which are them doing the documentary, not a third party documentary like on Discovery Channel or 60 Minutes), and interviews if want to go that far. You learn a lot about them personally. A couple of recommendations are "The Warning _ What's In My Bag." See what vinyls they bought from Amoeba Records when they were in LA. They are BIG on collecting vinyls. You'll be surprised at their picks. th-cam.com/video/XJ-0Mq5XK3Y/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-agh8t-bcTyvT1qs And "Truth or Drink." They pick cards and answer the questions or take a shot of ginger. th-cam.com/video/8up7KzHyoXQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=2WkO5URPXBY4yocz Both are a lot of fun.
Was the part about the 10ms delay between the left and right channels feeding the house speakers for an expanded sound edited out or was it removed from the original video too? I thought this was very brilliant.
For standard tuning, .10 - .46 is not that light. Its pretty standard, unless you tune down, then you should use.11 or .12's. .08 are super light. I'm a guitar equipment nerd, too, and I know that there's a stigma on PRS. I don't know why, though, because they are super well crafted instruments with a lot of attention to detail. People who are either pro-Gibson or pro-Fender, or whatever their instrument choice is, think their's are the best and everything else sucks. Guitar forums are crazy. Everyone thinks they know everything! Gibson guitar nerds are the worst. Plus, the company tries to sue everyone for patent infringement. Terrible.
Definitely react to Pau and Ale's DTB videos. In addition, watch their Aftermovies; they are a really good insight into the band. I'd recommend starting with the VMA Aftermovie, th-cam.com/video/qRgOl_x_gqI/w-d-xo.html , but you really can't go wrong with any of them.
Dude... the constant pausing AND the talking over is just insane... We all came here to hear what you have to say but dude you need to come up with a better formula...
Hate to admit it, but you nailed why we watch.
If Pau is baking a cake for an hour, we watch.
@@robertott1172 😆 He aint' lyin.
Yes, Dany used to use a Line 6 Helix (the Lunario QOTMS launch among other shows)
I just realised there`s sth. wrong with us. :/ But who cares. :D
Yes definitely down for gear reactions. I love checking out the gear that my favorite musicians are using and just musical gear in general.🎸🤘🏻⚡️
So Kanami, lead guitarist of Band Maid, plays the same PRS guitar. Kanami and Dany recently released a Q&A they did together through the PRS channel.
Yes do all 3!!!
Thanks for reacting to our video!
Can you mention the original video link in the description, so people can watch and support the original upload?
Thanks for featuring the ladies of The warning.
All 3 episodes are great covering their gear. I really enjoy music but don't know jack about gear and found them very interesting. Had no idea how much work goes into getting their gear configured and ready for live shows so that when show day arrives, everything is easy to set up and tear down.
Absolutely gotta do all three of these gear masters videos 😊
I'm not a musician but I'm here for the gear rundowns of all three ladies of The Warning.
The LED lights are pretty helpfull when they cut the lights, especially at the beginning of songs which seems to me exactly when all the lights may be out. If you're a halfass bar band you can fumble the first 10 seconds, but not when you just sold out an 8K auditorium.
That's why all of Dany and Ale's have the LEDs in them.
Ale talks for 7 minutes in hers, with no interruptions.
More gear reactions please! We love this shit too.
Absolutely do Pau and Ale's gear. I found Pau explaining her drum set up super interesting.
Man, one of the most talked about videos of The Warning ladies is Pau baking a cake. Not once, but twice.
We'll happily welcome anything that has to do with them, musical or otherwise 😂😂
Loved those 2 videos
I seen both of those videos. She is so funny and adorable!
Yea man ... Pau and Ale's are sick too, but I'd watch them again if you reacted! 👍🤘
From memory, the Big Stubby is 3 mm. I believe she originally got into them by "borrowing" from Ale. Same for the light strips. Ale even had lights at Lunario. Yeah, definitely do all of the GearMasters videos and also think about some of their Aftershows, they’re not too long and usually very amusing and give you more of an insight into their lives and character!
Definitely watch Pau and Ale's episodes of this too! And for any other musicians, too!
Yeah, these are all great. Would love to see you react to them all. BTW, since this recording in 2023, Dany switched her pick to a lighter one. Don't know the exact name. Yes. Do more of these. Enthusiasm always makes for good reaction videos. 😁
Gear reactions? Absolutely!
Heck Yeah. Do these types of learning the instrument videos. It's great stuff, so interesting. Nice reaction,
For some reason, the way she says "She’s muh BAYBEE!" about the PRS just slays me. 😂
Pretty sure most of The Warning Army will be very curious about your thoughts on Ale's and Pau's instruments. Hate to admit it, but what @oregonlt3 said.
And your thoughts and insights on Dany's equipment were quite interesting.
Pau and Ale too! Also, find a musician/group YOU really like and react to it too. It's great to see ya getting excited and/or jealous over the gear.
Keep it up. Love the equipment stories!
That WAS fun! Please do Pau and Ale's rundowns.
It´s so great to see musicians who know their gear and not only use it. Dany knows her S*hit she knows how to play guitar and use sound gear.
Keep them coming!
Dany often steals Ale's picks. She likes them thick. Awesome reaction! Please do more.
I would highly recommend The Warning aftermovies. They are awesome! Love your reactions bro
Anything Dany, Pau, Ale and The Warning I'll watch!
We love everything The Warning! Please do Pau and Ale’s gear rundowns!!!🔥⚡️

Awesome !! I as well am an equipment "geek".... For Sure do the other 2 Sister's Gear Masters vids !!!!
Just when you think they couldn't be any cooler, you find out they are Gear Nerds!
Love it!!!! 💯🤘🤘🤘

Awesome, Pau Next, Please !!!!
⚡Viva la WARNING⚡
NWSU/FloorFan/Epican/Ayreonaut/TWA 🤘😎🤘.
Pau's is really interesting, too. I'd love to see one from Ale since the new album is out; it's much more bass intensive.
Dany full guitar nerd. Love it.
If you notice, they also have that amp miced so they add that to the mix live as well.
You need to check out one of their Documentarys (Maday in the Making)
Right now Dany tours with 5 guitars. 2 signature PRS, 2 Fenders and a Manson!
A guitar player always carries a pick in his pocket. I never leave home without one. 😀
She has a another guitar she use in sharks and automatic sun A britone fender
Lzzy hale said Dany could be Randy roads little sister .She is an incredible guitarist and I put her up against anyone .
WOOW, "Randy RHOADS' little sister"... What was Lizzy smoking that day? 😀😁😂😃😄😅😆
Not really, Do you put her up against anyone? C'mon, be serious.😐
@@COTTERO I didn’t say she was the best ever but she is great …So yeah I would put her up against anyone. If Lzzy can endorse her so can I .Expand your horizons a little bit bro .
I thought I’d heard Dany switched to Raven picks but I could’ve sworn I also saw something about the company closing down…🤔
It would be good to get your feedback on the other two Gear Masters videos (for Pau and Ale).
I would suggest you leave the Pau video for last, as she also shows us the equipment she uses to run a "click track" and a backing track with something called "stems", I think.
Really it is very straightforward, if you react ANYTHING related to The Warning, the TWA will watch, it couldn't be simpler.
Damn, I use a .60 mm nylon pick. I've tried thicker picks, but I don't like the sound or feel. Maybe it's because bass is my primary instrument and the strings are much thicker. But even when I play guitar, I like the silky scrape you get with a thin nylon pick.
So, you said you went to the guitar shop and said "yo Dave". We have a guitar shop in my hometown called "Dave's Guitar Shop" 🤔
That’s kinda crazy but noooope not the same place
Did you catch Dany's name inlayed in the headstock of her PRS? I think she has #4 PRS's. Can't wait for your Pau and Ale` rundown analysis!
👋☺️
Shinedown, not Seether.

Well, apparently Lzzy didn't take it lightly, because it took her 18 years to do it...I think that says a lot about Dany's talent. 😉
Different guitar. Lzzy had this one made just for Dany. Jasin gifted Lzzy a Gibson Firebird V.
PRS guitars are High quality, so most people along with other high quality brand names would be quite happy to own one. Earnie Ball super slinkys are great strings, especially for bends. Chears bud.
👍👍 !!! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
That was a fun review. Please do the review of Pau and Ale. These area nice short reviews and cool to see their gear.
Nerd out on gear all you want. Other musician reactors have done this. The more detail the better. 👍

that was in an earlier video she did from 'the Cave" , and it is pretty brilliant!
Ah, yes. Got them confused. So much amazing content! Thanks for the correction.
all 3 are great.......
🤘🏻🤘🏻
Sometimes it is hard to remember that English is their second language
I tried those stubbies and couldn't get used to them. feels weird. i use 1.14mm.
I'm not a fan of limp Bizkit but Wes Borland is interesting. He uses a lot of pedals. I don't know if anyone has recorded a run down on his equipment.
😍
