Engineer here, I love numbers. What happened is they set a goal and focused more on the goal than doing what should be done, and are processing cases closer to the filing date to bring down the average. So essentially what they are doing is intentionally skewing the data to reduce processing times to make theirselves look good. I don’t know if that is doing a good job or manipulating the public.
Thank you for this, I've been trying to tell people the same thing haha, they're just trying to make themselves appear as if they have these super fast processing times and technically it isn't a complete lie, but the whole truth is that the fast approval times are not for everybody. Feb 23 filer here, I spoke with a USCIS representative thanks to a family friend who works there. The person I spoke to was completely clueless, told me that they have not skipped any cases and that they are processing in order...which is a blatant lie. Also told me that the other service centers process I-129F forms which is not true (according to their website) and that 1 year wait is to be expected.
@a_pizza_is_fine all they do is lie, it's just whether that is a product of their training being so poor they do not even know what is the correct info or whether they're just that much of a pos agency that they're telling their tier 1 agents to lie like that. Either way it's pathetic. I've been lied to, gaslit on the phone, been rude to, had the phone call ended on me, all sorts. I've tried over 7 times now. They're just darn rude & horrible. Not to mention when I tried to file a formal complaint on two separate calls I was met with " that isn't possible ma'am", when the website clearly outlines the protocol for formal complaints. They also told me it was impossible to file an expedite request - without even hearing my reasoning or any evidence. I didn't even get as far to say why I wanted to expedite, I was just refused. They don't have that authority they don't make decisions on cases. Honestly just appalling service. Not to mention the website even says "We generally process cases in the order we receive them." Which we all know is damn lie. If that was the case the entire period in this video wouldn't have been skipped, but they don't want to acknowledge it at all, they're genuinely pretending this isn't a thing , which is wild because tmvn had to get USCIS approval to get an API key in order to make this service, USCIS has to approve the way that tmvn used their data, and clearly approved it because the service exists. So discouraged. We filed end of January and 50% of our day filers were forgotten. This isn’t just statistics. These are people’s lives. I have a family. So upsetting to see USCIS playing with it like a game. I paid all my fees the same as everyone. I have a very real, long grown relationship. I just feel in tears now over being in limbo.
USCIS has public API’s. The “front of the line” concept is not a USCIS thing, but it is a term derived from when USCIS started processing on a specific day (not sure if it is within 20 days of your filing date, or your date, or something else). Using the API’s and having a significant number of cases to check the status of, generating this data is trivial for any statistician. Not associated with this company, but I’m a software engineer and do stuff like this every single day.
I don't know how accurate the presentation here is. In this site my visa is 75 percent to be approved between May 29 to July 5. But nothing. While my friend was approved in just 32 days. How come?
As you mentioned, our estimate targets the first 75% of cases. We do this because USCIS usually responds to the first 75-80% of cases within a narrow time window, allowing us to provide customers with an accurate and relevant prediction. Unfortunately, a small percentage of cases end up taking longer than everyone else - sometimes much longer. In your specific situation, our estimate for your date range ended on July 5th and, on July 5th, over 80% of people from your filing date had already heard back, beating the 75% estimate we provided. We're sorry that you are one of the cases taking longer than the other cases from your filing day. Even though it is outside of our control, we understand how unfair this can feel, which is why we automatically give free subscriptions to all PRO customers who are still waiting after their estimated window ends. At this point, it's most useful to focus on the "Your Neighbors" feature to look for continued USCIS activity in your date range. Please always feel free to send us an email if we can help with anything.
@@yxelexy7713 Our software automatically applies free access to our customers who have an active (non-trial) PRO subscription with at least one previous payment and are past the estimation window. hi @trackmyvisanow - could you please shed some insight on whether the recent California center contract worker layoffs are going to impact processing times, and if so by how much?
Hi! We can cover this topic in our next video. But to give a short answer: we assume that the recent layoffs at the WAC are already contributing to the drastic increase in processing times. You can observe the impact in our subscription data under the “Historical Wait Time” section and on the public page in the processing graph (graph #2) with the monthly toggle. Now, that we regained access and have the full data again, we are seeing a new stable-ish pattern, which is (as of today) projected in our estimates.

@danielelana doesn't hurt to do it either way. Saves any more delays in the situation you aren't approved in August. Would rather do it and not need it than not do it and leave it down to USCIS for another month after they've already shown they don't give a crap, then it'll be the end of August and then you wait even longer, but that's just me. Good luck for you for August! 🫶🏻

Why am I paying for this service when the numbers aren't right? All these percentages going up and down and all over the place, getting our hopes up each week, when all these charts and graphs don't mean anything.
@timothyschneider7484 And Im at the end... August 5th is the last day shown on my chart, so I guess I have nothing to look at anymore. All we can do is wait. This is torture.
@@greeneyedhawian that's how it was for all of us too - once your case is outside of the Trackmyvisanow predictions, you get the subscription for free.. as did all of us who fall within the skipped period. We do not have to pay again. It's entirely free access until you're approved.
It's nice to hear that someone has a case before me. I hear a lot of people complaining and they've only waited 2 months. I'm currently waiting 8 months. NOA1 - November 20th 2023 for me.
@TheDjSaniBoy it's not exactly hard, case numbers aren't a secret thing, they're all publicly accessible, I worked as a data analyst in a previous job and its most likely some sort of algorithm they have coded to track case numbers, the trends (aka when someone files vs when they receive a change in their case status, how long a day takes to start being processed / how long a day takes to start seeing activity, then works out averages to form estimations for later cases.) It's all part of data analytics. If you really wanted to you could manually sit there yourself and type in every case number.
@TheDjSaniBoy The same method. The algorithm / programme they made will be able to track changes in the case numbers. So if a case gets approved its like an internal signal going off that detects changes and approvals. And it does that for every case so then you can see how many approvals each day, what file date etc. All of it is just coding. It's essentially the same way the USCIS official website is coded and created to automatically display when you've been approved/ change in application status and then it sends an email to you telling you youre approved. It's all coding.
Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this, but is USCIS putting all cases on hold received June or later until every single case from the earlier months get handled? Wonder when they'll begin processing June cases
@GlobalGreen-l9i I'm sure you would think that, considering the amount of June filers who are complaining after barely waiting 2 months. Whereas people still waiting from January Feb and March have been waiting between 5 and 7 months watching people who filed months after them be approved before them. Not to mention the unfortunate people who are still waiting from 2023. Despite the fact the website states they process in order of receipt. Be humble and pray the same treatment doesn't happen to you because it really does feel horrible. & I hope you would keep that same energy if you are put in the same situation and be happy to see people who filed months after you get approved before you.
I just ultimately hope they go back to the number of cases they were processing before...they processed less than half the number of cases last month in July that were processed during May. Hope the speed of processing cases will go back up soon
@@Milani_St.Inides we have Group Page for it..the admin made GCs for everyone , each month filers. Also, Track My Visa shows what month is being processed or approved

I feel like so many of us are in the same boat. I filed on March 1st and havent heard a peep. I know its a long shot, but if anyone between these dates gets and information, could you come let us know? Thanks and good luck to everyone!
That's still so soon. People are waiting from October and before. It took up to 2 years only a couple years ago.
I start to think that we are using wrong site 😵💫how could it be this slow?! There are more than 1500 cases that are waiting from 23th February to march 6!!!

What other site will you use than?
@@expat8460 I don’t know but I think this site confuses us. In USCIS site they predict 11.5 months.
Any updates? I files Feb. 29 and looking at the status updates for my range (Feb. 20 - March 9) for the past week, there have been 18 total…
We are waiting for updates both on the websites, and here please
We really need an update!
Trackmyvisa sent email updates letting us know that USCIS changed their API August 12th which was same day they moved to New California office location. Trackmyvisa is working on getting access to this system so for now they cannot access data to update us with.
We just posted a new video with the update
So discouraged. We filed end of January and 50% of our day filers were forgotten. This isn’t just statistics. These are people’s lives. I have a family. So upsetting to see USCIS playing with it like a game. I paid all my fees the same as everyone. I have a very real, long grown relationship. I just feel in tears now over being in limbo.
Same. It's heartbreaking to watch people file wayyy after already getting to move forward
@@meganingle574 I've been waiting since November. 95% of cases have been updated. I'm 1 of the unlucky 5%.
We need a new update. March 4th 2024
This interesting and all, but where do you get your data? I’m not even sure the USCS tracks the data like this, so I’m curious as to your source.
@TrackMyVisaNow can you do an updated video or something so we can see any movement? Yesterday marked 5 months for us waiting.
@@zoebaker28 We are planning to do August update soon and separate Q&A video.
@@TrackMyVisaNowHi i haven’t gotten free subscription since I’m waiting for 70 days. My petition was sent May 30th. How is that possible?

They take 1 month, I believe that August I get my approval
@danielelana doesn't hurt to do it either way. Saves any more delays in the situation you aren't approved in August. Would rather do it and not need it than not do it and leave it down to USCIS for another month after they've already shown they don't give a crap, then it'll be the end of August and then you wait even longer, but that's just me. Good luck for you for August! 🫶🏻

Ours was in September 2023 😢 We haven't heard anything yet.
my question is where do you get your data? is it from uscis or you just making up your own data ? i feel like something is missing here
The thing missing here is our cases !! Lol 😭
@@zoebaker28 yeah ok but how the owner of this website knows how man cases has been approved or received ?
@TheDjSaniBoy The same method. The algorithm / programme they made will be able to track changes in the case numbers. So if a case gets approved its like an internal signal going off that detects changes and approvals. And it does that for every case so then you can see how many approvals each day, what file date etc. All of it is just coding. It's essentially the same way the USCIS official website is coded and created to automatically display when you've been approved/ change in application status and then it sends an email to you telling you youre approved. It's all coding.
They have an API connection to USCIS they told me
Not sure if anyone knows the answer to this, but is USCIS putting all cases on hold received June or later until every single case from the earlier months get handled? Wonder when they'll begin processing June cases
I think there going to make a video on the update this week or next week!
Hope so, that's how it should be.
@@zoebaker28 I don't think so 😌
@GlobalGreen-l9i I'm sure you would think that, considering the amount of June filers who are complaining after barely waiting 2 months.
