Hi, I'm using your application and I would like to know during which phase of periodization I should focus on losing weight and during which phase I should focus on gaining weight. Thank you very much for your response.
Very general without knowing exactly what your goals are... would say focus on gaining weight during Exposure thru middle of Ascension and losing weight during Summit and Realization.

Hey man,so at my home gym I don’t really have a squat rack so instead of doing normal squats,can I replace them with Bulgarian split squats/Single leg squats?
I’m currently 15 and I squatted 50kg for 3 reps on one leg
