@@ToniV-y9w i like Brent Rushall’s views on swim training for 50s…his focus for 50s training is to do over speed 25s on 4 to 5 minute interval to fully replenish the ATP system…but I really like Garage strength’s olympic lifting focus to improve power on blocks, turns and breakouts…and i like the injury prevention stuff for shoulders that ATG guy (kneesovertoes) recommends…so lots of dry land to have a good 50
