    the shoulder prefatigue exercise you showed is very good…not just as a prefatigue but as an injury prevention

    and swimming is only an endurance sport because of the swimming industrial complex making it so…training for the 50 is so different than anything else and I think you would have a different video for that event

      @@user-zl2ne9kv4f i like Brent Rushall’s views on swim training for 50s…his focus for 50s training is to do over speed 25s on 4 to 5 minute interval to fully replenish the ATP system…but I really like Garage strength’s olympic lifting focus to improve power on blocks, turns and breakouts…and i like the injury prevention stuff for shoulders that ATG guy (kneesovertoes) recommends…so lots of dry land to have a good 50
