    30 min from Tukkuguda to Financial district is based on current traffic. In 10 years, based on the population increase, it can be an hour or two who knows. What amazes me is everybody assuming that if it has access to ORR, it will be all good.
    Anyway, great info on zones. Great job!

    Few facts I would like to mention here, I heard CTS not going to start in Adibatla it is officially confirmed they took back their decision. TCS people are not willing to travel this distance and gradually we are seeing many people going back to the city. I am waiting to see how this grows in the future.

    By the way metro next phase project is there to connect raidurgam to Shamshabad and to connect falaknuma to Shamshabad, the conclusion is this areas will have good connectivity and by roads and metro

    Hello Sir....you are given map directions early in morning at 4 o'clock. Try to directions in peak hours i.e., 9 am and 6 pm. Users don't follow the directions which you have saw in this video.

      Yes sir, when we check the time from pragathi nagar to financial dist yes we realized this is not so far 😀. However, in realestate the major factor is how much price you are going to buy for does matter. That decides you ROI.
