The kind of pollution these industries bring will be unbelievable. Why do you think Foxconn is investing in India instead of investing in their own country where they have capable work force and all facilities which are world class???
If it was an R&D center of Apple, it would have had a huge impact, but Foxconn being a manufacturing plant wouldn't create such a big impact. I'm not underestimating Foxconn, but I'm just reminding to not overestimate it.
@@AkhilMolugu1 exactly, if it were R&D there wouldn't be not more than 100s of job seekers ... As it's manufacturing hub , it ultimately provides 50k direct employemnt ... Imagine 50 thousand people roaming across kongarkalan area that too in south of Hyderabad , when in the history of Hyderabad has this happened before

Great coverage! Development is gradually shifting from the West to the South. Job opportunities will keep growing in the South, but average salaries there are expected to range from 25 to 60% of what they are in the West. The main reason the South holds promising potential is due to the ample land available for residential, commercial, and industrial development, along with the significant land ownership by the city's top 5 real estate developers for residential and commercial purposes. The city's shift from the West to the South is evident in several recent developments: (i) planned metro rail now link from Hitec City to the Airport via Kokapet (ii) Budvel land auctions (iii) Prestige residential construction along the road from the city to the airport (iv) Growing development around the airport (Aero City, WTC etc), anticipating metro connectivity within the next 3 years.
Very true , ... So far all the essential infrastructure has been bought towards the south ,... Widening of 8lane road from 4 lane road in vijayawada highway , engineering colleges across Sagar highway , Foxconn and kaynes like beasts in kongarkalan with adjoining ORR , widening of srisailam highway , a big advantage of airport , world trade center construction , a huge residential land availability , land price still not overly priced , proper road connectivity, finally a peaceful traffic free green zone ... What else is required for a rising boom of South of Hyderabad

Regrettably, politicians are closely aligned with the real estate lobby, so they won't take proactive steps to develop infrastructure in new areas, fearing it might deflate the exceptionally high land prices in places like Kokapet. Example, expanding Bangalore Highway and Srisailam Highway and connecting both of them using 100 feet road passing through Mansanpally will open up thousands of acres of land for new resdiential/commercial/industrial construction.Within 3 to 5 years, electric vehicle prices will rival those of petrol/diesel vehicles, with operating costs being only 1/5th that of traditional vehicles. Simultaneously, improved roads and a 1/5th reduction in travel costs will likely encourage people to disperse. Transportation expenses are a major factor contributing to overcrowded cities. We'll likely witness swift progress in the South once MyHome begins to develop the thousands of acres they own. Presently, their focus is on developing their land in Tellapur, Kokapet, and Budvel areas, a process that might take another 5 years.

They are selling small 300 sq. yard villas for 4 Crores. Extremely high prices. How can common people like me afford to pay in Crores ?
How can common buy 4cr villa grow up. Compare with cities hyd is low cost of living. Better don't get marry.
