Just tell me how far Chimaldari, Shankarpally is to the IT area. From Tukkuguda exit, you can reach Financial Dist in 28 min. Have you ever heard of Rolling Meadows, The Valley and Signature Estates. There is nothing comparable to those in west Hyderabad. HNI's , politicians, cinema, NRI's , Doctors, business men choose proximity to airport, as they travel frequently. Those people will choose Tukkuguda. Middle class IT employees will definitely stay near west Hyderabad. West Hyderabad will become the next Kukatpally, Nizampet etc. South Hyderabad will become the next Jubilee Hills , Banjara Hills etc. especially the Tukkuguda exit area.
