    Nice video sir.
    To add little more to this,
    Velimela is completely a R1 zone and sits on ORR growth corridor SDZ zone. You can check it in HMDA master plan. RR7 Extension road solved the connectivity issue. The road works are almost to complete.

    I found bank action propterty by SBI bank which are in Maheswaram. It is Gangothri emarald. I see it is HMDA venture and have initial LP but it does not have final LP. What is the risk of taking draft apprval property. Where we can see the reason for not getting final approval.

    7-9 crores per acre is no way justifiable for Kollur area, the prices are artificially inflated. The area has so much GO 111 around it, once it is relaxed thousands of acres will be available, also the infrastructure isn't sufficient, already the roads are choked on Western Hyd.
    Could you please do some research about south to southeast Hyderabad, starting from Tukkuguda to Vijayawada highway.
    As the IT minister also announced look east policy.

      Why you are so biased towards one area? I seen your comments recently you always criticise west hyd and you are doing it from past 2 years? Lol! Every part of hyd will grow eventually it’s just some areas are fast and some are slow thats it. Chill dude! When acre is 9 cr you mentioned artificial now it is 20cr in kollur! Just accept this and move on. Don’t be jealous !

      I am not against any particular area nor for any particular area.
      My comments are based on what I have experienced.
      I have seen how a few builders create artificial scarcity, artificial demand, build narrative, promote a particular region.
      Create tunnel vision for customers thus making them blind towards realities.
      So, I am bringing an alternative argument, so that people can have a different perspective of the things.
