point is that place where two train are change From one track to another track.
point are designed as the rail length and design based on the load and intensity of the raily track.
the point are various rail are used these are .
1.tongue RAIL
2.stock rail
3.poe rod
4.1st stretcher bar
5.2nd stretcher bar
So this is the various components used in the point of the railway track.
and the point are designed as two basics formula.
1. 1/12-60kg per meter length rail.
2.1/8.5-60kg per meter length rail.
I show you both formula are used to design the point and crossing of the railway track.
Crossing=Crossing is that point where two train are meet together and they change their track From one track to another track.
Crossing are various term used as.
1.Wing rail
2.check rail
3.Actual nose throting
4.theoritical nose throting
