I have a quick question, I just had a chemical peel done today to improve my acne scars and I know that at least for the next week I shouldn't be using any other products execpt for a moisturizes, cleaners and toners, but until my next peeling (in a month) the resting 3 weeks how often would you advice me to add vitamin C serum on the recovering spots?

Curious to what your thoughts are on the high percentage of vitamin C in the the triple C lighting. I am DYING to try it but I am currently battling hormonal acne. Hello this is not related to the video but I found out recently that there’s this product in Cosrx called Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser (not sure if this is a new product though🙈). Im just curious, what is the difference of that and Salicylic Acid Exfoliating Cleanser?
I really want to try the Missha Aqua Cream! I currently am developing acne, and the only moisturizers I am really able to find are oil based, which doesn't work well with my combination skin. Also, I LOVE MYSELF SOME DOCTOR PIMPLE POPPER SO I ALWAYS POP MY PIMPLES (which makes me have literal craters in my skin. I'm basically the moon by this point TT)
Don't pop to the point when you begin to see blood. Wait until you see the white of the pimples before popping. Don't use exfoliators more than twice a week as they make worsen the scars by breaking the skin. Moisturizer is key! Vitamin c might help fade scars but remember to wear sunscreen the next morning. Also maybe consult a dermatologist

Susana Gallego hey just sharing my experience but as you know every skins differ. Try the smaller percentage of vit c first because i tried the C20 and i broke out.. I tried it for 3days, trying and praying for it to work but nah.. Even klairs vitamin drop makes me break out but atleast it wasnt as bad. So i use it once a month. Sigh.. Note that i tried using the vit c different ways such as after toner, with moisturizer, under face mask, after moisturizer, mixed with snail essence. And results are the same. So just be careful. Hope it works for you though!
Minn Rojas it is actually common to stimulate acne in some skin types. Try a licorice root/kojic acid based serum instead. add in a gentle retinol that you can use nightly. Acid based exfoliationfew times a week , the neogen wine pads are great (the yellow ones have vitamin c) And make sure to keep the skin hydrated and sun protected!
matcha heart I actually found that Acid exfoliators and sometimes the Skinfood black sugar scrub had taken care of my scars. Maybe not as fast as vit c serums could but its the best i can get. Also diluted Lemon juice helps too, i just put them in like a toner then rinse after 15mins ☺
I have one question! I'm using sunscreen at morning and next go to school. my way to school it's something about 15 minutes. all day i'm in building. Is sunscreen lose spf, when i'm in building? Reaplying sunscreen in school is really problematic... Can I back to home with this same layer of sunscreen? Is that still protect me?
EmAnarchy EXO typically any sunscreen product would have a certain amount of time for you to reapply it again. 15spf can last you 2hrs+, 30spf for 5hrs, 50spf for almost 8hrs ( correct me if I'm wrong). And just to let you know anything more than 50spf is just a bluff, dont overspend on this. Eventhough you're in a builfing you can still be exposed to harmful rays & reflected heat, a layer of application should be enough and it takes only 30 secs of your life to reaply. 😊 better layer than never. 🤗

No, you should wait until your skin is healed from the chemical peel, because vit C is an exfoliant and your skin is already exfoliated.

The Klairs moist soothing cream is anything but calming, it broke me out real bad!

Susana Gallego Try using the WishTrend's OST Vitamin C 21.5 advanced serum. Definitely works to lighten scars but for me its quite sticky.
