Another point that I have learned, sometimes the hard way, is that if you do suddenly discover the direction you took, the decision you made is not what you thought or isn't serving you or has turned in different direction that doesn't feel good then allow yourself to exit at the next possible point, no matter what - there are endless crossroads, and new directions - you never have to be stuck!
Love your talks very much! I have one minor (?) upgrade to your wording. When say -take a moment or take a breath, I know of course what you are presenting. I would rather though, hear you say.....receive a breath and receive a moment. Ya, as someone who has experienced being squeezed into a family unwilling to expand to receive me, I felt the fear of having to 'take' my needs and not know how to receive them. This results in struggling for my breath as I try to take my breaths instead of receive them. I bet you understand! This does not negate any of your information but I wanted you to think about this.
