Why are you guys so good!? The girl with the white knee pads & sweater is my new volleyball idol. Also you call that being rusty? I stopped for the same amount and I lost both of my serves-
Right?? they make it look so effortless and when i go to play i suck....lmfao 💀💀
Broo the guy with the man bun is actually ridiculously good. I literally replayed so many of his spikes in slow motion because I always struggle with my run up when i go to spike the ball so watching him in slow motion was really good and helpful to see. Especially at 16:58 on times 0.25 speed.

Do you have any advice on how to communicate with players? I am always too nervous to speak during play.
I find getting to know the players before the game helps ease my nerves. Also joking around with them removes a lot of tension. Make sure to call things out loud and clearly. If you are going for the ball then shout for it. Communication is key.

man every video i see make me wish more and more that there were leagues where i live for my age groups but no where for actual competition and at school the kids are all so selfish never rotating or changing position and if you finally get the position you want you have to play perfect or you immediately swapped out so i cant even practice what i need to in an actual game session

The block is not considered a touch in indoor volleyball, but it is considered a touch in beach volleyball.

Me tryna fix the fact the My recieves go backwards :(
If your receives go backwards you might be angling your arms up when receiving or your possibly receiving to high up on your arms, ideally you want to receive with your lower forearm upper wrist in the athletic stance. (Half squat) Hope this helps a little! Oh and if the ball is above shoulder height then set it!
