Where in japan is this gym?? hes not a very good passer but some of the people he play with are decent passers so if he gives camera to them then maybe but your not going to get a libero pov
Beginners have a tendency to spike too early or close to the net which allows people to block them. Obviously optimizing vertical leap helps but also need to practice alot
Don't compare yourself to others. Just keep practicing. They may have a different background with volleyball than you. All you can do is focus on improving and look at their skills as inspiration for what you can become and even surpass 👍

I found this gym through the meet-up app. There are a lot of volleyball sessions on there. I'm bouncing between different groups at the moment.

Work on your passes and defensive skills. When you mastered those skills, others will come naturally. Just trust the process
