Hello Richard your videos always inspire me and help me alot with my volleyball training, and i would like to ask what position are you? and what tips can you give for starters? it’s very hard to find schools in my country that actually have a volleyball team or that actually allows to play volleyball so i never got the chance to experience what it’s like having a team or playing with people that actually are willing to play volleyball and have passion for playing volleyball. Thank you so much your videos are amazing and i am glad you’re back and you’ve really improved and many of us believe in you so keep it up!

Hey! Here are some tips to improve your skills: Get a volleyball and pass to yourself.Then try to pass at a wall without dropping the ball as many times as you can. If you want to have stronger fingers, get a ball that's heavier than a volleyball ( like a basketball ) and repeat the same things. You can even have a friend help you out and play volleyball together. You don't necessary need a net to play, you can practice passes with each other even without one. This is for begginers! If you want more you can search volleyball training at home tutorials on TH-cam as well! I hope this helps!
