There used to be security checks run on all White House appointees, right up through George W. But that all changed with the Clintons, because their appointees couldn't pass the security checks. So the Clintons blocked having them vetted.
Now that the Democrats have corrupted both chambers of Congress, the White House, and every other branch of the Federal Government, there will be no security checks any more.
The one thing that the Trump presidency has proven is that anyone who exposes and threatens the Deep State will be attacked and destroyed. The message is clear and unambiguous. If you threaten either party, they will do to you what they have done to Trump and his supporters.
Good point. Even though Congress has oversight of security services, they are also subject to scrutiny from those services. Separation of powers. The administration must, if advised by those security services, protect intelligence from anyone suspected of being compromised by foreign or even domestic entities.
Congressmen don’t have an official security clearance. They’re given clearance in order to do their job, just like the President, but they never pass the regular background checks required for the level of clearance they have.
Most of them most likely wouldn’t even get a Secret clearance.

2) We condemn Russia's/Putin's murders throughout the world
3) Russia/Putin is spreading propaganda and disinformation online, through Fox, and corrupt political Republican mouthpieces
4) Russia/Putin is unlawfully holding Americans in prison
5) Many more acts of war we are not yet aware of at this time
All that makes Russia/Putin an enemy of the United States, just ask Putin, he knows we are at war. My point is that these lowlives, the Putin wing of the Republican party are working with Russia/Putin to bring down an American president. That directly fits the definition of treason in the constitution. DOJ, start doing your job. Prosecute these traitors, so traditional un-compromised Republicans can be appointed to fill their seats in congress. Act now before it is too late and we become just like Russia, unable to run free and fair elections, (resulting in the current threat of Russia's operative asset, trump, being installed as an illegitimate president). Trump is a simpleton compared to Putin. Even Trump says Putin is more intelligent than he is and as we all see Trump is afraid of Putin, he is being constantly pressured by Putin, and he is completely used and fooled by Putin.
