More Tremonti please. 5 albums to choose from so there's many more songs to check out and hope you’re planning on doing some more. Tremonti are songs that he feels are too hard for Alter Bridge. Tremonti has a different feel than Alter Bridge and I like their feel. Don't think that there is much that he touches that doesn't sound good. Look at his Sinatra album. You should do a song off of that album also, it'll blow you away how good of a job he does.
Mark Tremonti is such a talented guitar player and a decent vocalist too! His songs are generally exactly as you said; more straight forward heavy metal than the epic musical journeys that AlterBridge often takes us on. I like them both; but prefer Myles’ soaring lead vocals - which Mark’s backing baritone harmonies fit beautifully! Tremonti is an excellent artist (and does he ever nail Sinatra when he croons his material!! Its spooky - its so close!)👍
Love Tremonti, he is a riff Lord, and very talented. His last album, Marching in time, is his best and his Sinatra project is amazing!! Thanks for this.

David, you gotta check Alter Bridge's latest album, Pawns & Kings. Most namely, the track called Fable of the Silent Son.
Tremonti is laying some fat 7 string riffs there.
You won't be disappointed.
Tremonti is a monster one of the best guitar players in the world... there is my review he has a catalog to prove my theory.. yeah!
There are two songs I’d LOVE to see your reaction to:
1) “Marching in Time” by Tremonti. This is his masterpiece IMO. It has a 2 minute outro that’ll blow you away (I think).
2) “Fable of the Silent Son” by Alter Bridge. I know you love “Cry of Achilles”, so I think you’d love this one. It’s one of those songs that takes a lot of twists and turns.

I heard Mark wrote more than a dozen songs for AB, and Myles turned them down, and Scott Phillips said it was too fast for his drumming style, so there were enough songs to make the All I Was album and he evolved from there..

I'm shocked you're referring to Altar Bridge as his main project when most folks associate him more with Creed.
I prefer Tremonti's work in his solo band compared to Alter Bridge. I think the first song I discovered from them was Radical Change and really digged the song! Then went to buy their last 2 albums A Dying Machine and Marching In Time both bangers \m/
