Cheers, La Biblioteca de Lilisbürg ! Much appreciated! I do varnish! The pictures of the finished mini are always varnished. I’ve used GWs varnish in the past and it’s been fine. At the moment I’m using Halfords satin varnish. There’s little difference to me, but I think it’s cheaper. :)
Hey there PropsDrums, thanks for watching! :) Yeah, you could blend it a lot to smooth it out and make it look a lot better. These are just for the tabletop though, so didn’t want to spend too long on each one. Takes me long enough to paint an army as it is! :)
Haha! You know... it’s Halford’s Matt Black Primer! Gives a good coverage, big can and decent price. :) Cheers man, I’m happy with how he turned out! :)

I have a little dropper bottle of that, it's superb stuff! I use it when I run out of spray. Do you brush it on?

I always use matt varnish with the spray! However, the gloss varnish I apply with a brush.
Have you ever considered blending in your German Grey highlights? I feel like that could really smooth the transition between the black and grey
