@@munk2004 uhm no it took two dudes it took the entire galaxy to stand up to Vader and the empire palpatine played only a diplomatic role in that war and someone who taught anakin the ways of the sith in fact when sidious was more powerful we almost got killed if it wasn’t for anakin
@@jessejames6106 incorrect palps faked his weaknes to manipulate anakin. Even tho palps was more active in the manipulation of the senate (for hiding purposes), bro was still fcking unstoppable the fight against maul and savage really shows that, and god, maul was powerfull. The fact that he did it with so much ease shows what were dealing with. Still I really dont know Sauron that well so im not saying his winning, just saying it wont be easy for him
Here's the real kicker for this battle: it goes to Sauron, even if he "loses." Ignoring all arguments and just making the base assumption that either Palpatine or Voldemort could defeat Sauron's physical form and make him retreat (they really don't have a way to end him for good) by separating and obtaining the ring from him and taking it for themselves, the ring alone would make Sauron the victor in time. This is due to both the nature of the ring, and the character of Palpatine and Voldamort. The ring, by nature and design, both cannot be easily destroyed, AND basically makes anyone who possesses it not desire to actually destroy it when they get the option. Even the best and most good hearted of individuals were capable of being corrupted by the ring, and it took literal divine intervention to ensure the ring was destroyed in an accident. So it is highly doubtful that either Palpatine or Voldemort could cave the power, knowledge, or willpower destroy the ring. But even if we then assume they had a method of destroying the ring, we STILL can't say they would. Thisbis because we know the nature of these two characters. They are both about as power hungry and corrupt as individuals can get. The ring magnifies the power of whoever wields it, and that is something neither of these men would be able to pass up. Claiming they would destroy the ring if they could is so blatantly out of character for them that it can be taken as an impossibility. They would take the ring for themselves, use it to reign with terror, all the while being slowly subjected to Sauron's influence by it. Before very long, whoever had it would just be another Ringwraith under Sauron's control, and he is free to return and claim what is his. Total victory for Sauron in the long run.
Then sauron gets his ring cut of and becomes weak then palps betrays him then gets voldemort to teach him magic and mixes it with the force and then just kils voldemort or make him his aprentice But If the dark lords have their army then voldemort is cooked sauron tries to fight the empire Meanwhile palps and vader: death star go brrrrr Middle earth go boom

But Ea is not one universe, the Halls of Ea are described as so immeasurable that no mathematics, physics, astronomy, logic or philosophy can describe them even close (Read The Ring of Morgoth, Tolkien's letters and the very beginning of the Silmarillion). Terms such as "Multiverse", "Hyperuniverse", "Spatial Dimensions" and so on mean nothing at the Ea scale. But besides Ea, there are other creations that are more immeasurable and infinite. And then there are the Halls of Timelessness, the inhabitants of which are completely transcendent and look at reality as FICTION. The Eru Iluvatar surpasses everything by an infinite number of times. He is completely omnipotent, omnipresent, eternal, omniscient and transcendent. He is the true master of all that has been, is, will be and will not be. You act like it was unfair to habe vast powers against him, but ok for him to be above all his foes? Nope. Isildur killed him. Water killed him. He surrendered to the Numenoreans, and created the one ring because he feared the elves. That is canon.

dude, one time I was high with two friends and we started arguing who would dominate the world first and overcome the other two if Sauron, Voldemort and Palpatine were thrown into Earth starting from zero with their respective powers. Palpatine would go to Brazil, Sauron to India and Voldemort to Africa (we selected hard places to thrive). That was so fun. I guess it would be a great fiction.
Probably palpatine as if its real world earth they would have to gacher armies and rule with politics and stuff as there's no magic which sauron relies on to make rings or just tell folks likes but palps would have experience climbing up politiks and eventually become the senate Meanwhile voldemort would get sent to area 51 or something
And then it turns out that Palpatine was conducting research on a secret planet, with the participation of a billion scientists and sorcerers. And now he controls the power of the ring, and Sauron is his puppet.
@@hoodedone8547 there were actually thousands of worlds in the galactic empire by the Battle of Endor. Sauron was the inspiration for bad guys like palpatine. During the battle of the Morannon Sauron outnumbered the army of men by over 10 to 1. At the battle of the Pelenor Fields he outnumbered them by more than 3 to 1. He also controlled more land and had the most dangerous servants in the Nazgul. So in terms of scale they were equivalent.
First of all, Sauron survived the greatest wars in Middle Earth history, whilst being in the thick of battle and commanding armies against literal GODS (the Valar) and Demigods (Maiar). He was the most powerful and trusted Captain of Satan himself (Melkor), and survived the fall of Numenor, which was destroyed by Eru (God) himself (NOT SAURON, although Sauron manipulated the entire Numenorean civilization to attack Valinor). And while his body was destroyed, Sauron himself always managed to return and rebuild his strength. And he was not killed by Gil Galad (he killed both The high King of the Elves and the King of Men in single combat and faced their armies almost alone outside of his fortress), and was surprised by Isildur cutting his ring from his finger, which still didn't stop Sauron from killing Isildur (indirectly by seducing him with his ring) and didn't stop Sauron from returning without a ring and almost re-conquering Middle Earth (without his ring). Palpatine was killed by a half robot in a machine suit, and he did not return (ignoring the sequels, which are Disney Fan Fiction and not Star Wars Cannon according to the original vision of Lucas). Palpatine was a mortal man who was killable. A very powerful man, but mortal nonetheless. Sauron was an immortal Demigod who existed before time and space and managed to defy the Valar and Eru for thousands upon thousands of years and survived several of the greatest wars in the universe, where Satan himself (Melkor) was defeated twice, and he managed to escape twice and return again and again to continue his plans. Palpatine would be nothing more than a minor, short inconvenience for Sauron. Let's not forget that Sauron was a natural shape shifter, who could turn himself into a horrible werewolf, a vampire, a snake, or an angelic being that can take on an entire world with his will alone. This video is ridiculous, and I'm a huge Palpatine fan! But neither Palps nor Voldemort could contend with the will of Sauron.
Eh LOTR characters seem not far above human level even in the Silmarillion via feats, what they get killed from, etc. I couldn't see anyone besides the Valar putting up a fight against a modern military, for instance, in a straight-up fight.
@Sidionian let's not forget Sauron lost the power to shapeshift after the sinking of Numenor. He was stuck in dark lord mode, not that he ever was even strong enough in the 3rd age to manifest that way. Here's the thing: pretty much everyone has an immortal spirit in Tolkien, and elves reincarnate too. Sauron's only big shows of power were in guile and shapeshifting. And he couldn't shapeshift after Numenor. The fact that he felt he needed to forge a ring to try to control the elves & enhance his power means he doubted in own his power to subdue them in the first place. And none of it worked. Hell, an elf permanently wounded Morgoth in battle. An elf. And Sauron is no Morgoth. He loses to talking dogs, men, hobbits, the white counsel chased him from Mirkwood. He surrendered without a fight to the Numenoreans, because he could not face them in open battle. He did them in the sneaky way. Tolkien made it clear he was scared of the Numenoreans. And they're just men. Luthien was only half-Maiar. Huan was a big, bad talking dog. Isildur. Tidal waves. And of course, Eonwe. All those things beat Sauron. Yes, he endures. But so do elves. So do men, albeit their spirits mostly leave Arda. The ring was a terrible idea. He's really not that smart. He & Morgoth both never understood that power doesn't mean much to some folks.
@@JeremyKenny-h9p you seem to forget he was struck by real lightning from the heavens several times and it did nothing to him. Lightning much more powerful than whatever Palpatine produces. What is Palpatine going to do to Sauron? Force push or force choke him? He can easily dodge the push by shape shifting and he would crush Palpatine simply by transforming into a large flame ball. Morgoth was wounded by an Elf, because he had already poured most of his power into the very fabric of reality itself. He was maybe not even 1 millionth of his actual life force, when fighting the greatest warrior elf of all time. And he still won, even with some effort. The dog you're talking about was a Demigod himself, in Dog Form. And as others have pointed out, only was able to barely defeat Wolf Sauron because of Divine Intervention. So, it took a Demi God + Divine Intervention to defeat Sauron, with great difficulty, ad you're using this as an argument? Thanks for proving my point.
@Sidionian you think you're probing a point by saying your supreme Maiar is only a badass against beings of much less power, and different race/species. But he couldn't handle the dog of Valinor. I highly doubt he could've beaten Melian, also a Maiar. Or Gothmog. There's elves he couldn't even mess with. He's a continental threat, maybe worldwide threat at best, giving him a lot of leeway there. He is not a galaxy-wide threat. Palpatine could just send the Death Star and vaporize Arda to atoms. No need to dirty the hands.
@Sidionian before you say a Death Star isn't fair, I submit that Melkor made many monsters as weapons, which Sauron took full advantage of. But those don't scratch the surface of the power of the toys Palpatine has at his disposal.
Sauron = Most internal power (basicly a god), Palpatine = Most external power (ruled a whole galaxy), Voldemort = Most versatile (biggest set of skills)
All sauron needs is give his ring to these two and its over. No need for a fight. He'll just wait and manipulate for as long as he Needs and these two will be under his command. Whats terrifies me is sauron having full access to galactic empire tech.
I will concede that in a straight up fight, Sauron would lose. But we know from when Númenoreans marched upon Middle-Earth to confront Sauron, that he is able to recognise a superior foe and won't engage with them in direct combat. Instead he would deceive and corrupt Palpatine as he did the Númenoreans. In a more realistic confrontation than simply "they are fighting now" Sauron would certain come up on top
Huan the Wolfhound was a great wolfhound and hunting dog of Oromë the Hunter (one of the Valar, who are more like Archangels than gods because Eru Ilúvatar, who is God, exists). Huan was granted special powers by Oromë. Among those were: Huan was immortal, tireless, sleepless, and he could speak. The fight with Sauron and Huan was lost for Sauron because Sauron tried to fight Huan as a werwolf, not as himself. Be real here bro, Sauron took part in creation and took a biblical event to the face with the fall of Númenor. Sauron's losses in canon are to the biggest badasses (yes, including Huan, who is the goodest boy). Palps is getting boddied harder than Anakin on Mustafar.
Not even that. Sauron lost because God literally intervened and made Luthien's cloak wrap around his face so that he became momentarily drowsy as he lunged at her. When he first appeared in werewolf form, Huan explicitly leapt aside at the horror of his approach. Sauron kept losing due to divine intervention, all the way up to the destruction of his Ring. You know who God DIDN'T meddle with in the same degree to ensure he would fall? Morgoth. The fights Sauron lost were either due to straight-up divine intervention, or fighting fellow badasses while he is at a disadvantage. (like in the second age, he had not fully recovered yet from the Fall of Numenor when the Last Alliance made war against him, so he wasn't at his full strength when he fought Gil-Galad and Elendil and STILL mutual-killed them both) Yeah, Palpatine would FEAR Sauron as a deadly, deadly threat, comparable to the Son directly acting against him.
@LordSiravant where did it ever say Illuvitar intervened on any of this? They only time Illuvitar himself is even said to maybe be directly involved in physical activity on Arda was the sinking of Numenor (more likely that it was Ulmo), and maybe nudging Gollum into the Crack of Doom. To be technical, the Valar themselves didn't even fight in the War of Wrath. They sent their armies under Eonwe, a Maiar who defeated Sauron. If the Valar weren't getting directly involved, Illuvitar would be less likely. Also, why is it an unfair fight when Sauron is taken down by his own kind, but he's strong for fighting weaker races? Not the way it works. That's not strength, that's cowardice. And that's why he loses. Along with being a really dumb wimp who thought he needed a ring to fight lesser beings, and made himself less by doing so. In regards to the ring, it was an even dumber version of Voldemort's holcrux thing. Not a very smart immortsl from the dawn of time.
@JeremyKenny-h9p broadly all true, and I agree with your point on limited intervention, but you forgot that Eru Ilúvatar also intervened in sending Gandalf back after his fall, that is heavily (if not directly) implied by the text also.
@wesleyhamilton5498 although I'm sure Illuvitar had the final say on Gandalf's return, I would think the actual act was in Mandos & Manwe's hands, as it was for Beren. That's usually their department.
I mean, technically, you could say every single thing that happened in Middle-Earth is due to the direct or indirect influence of Illuvatar. That was the point he drove home to Melkor, which largely led to the big temper tantrum that started the whole conflict.

@@captaincooool That's the movie, in the books he was barely defeated by Elendil, who was a 2.5m tall numenorean, and Gil-Galad, the high king of the Noldor.

The palpatine glazing in this video is crazy. He cant drain the force energy of anything, he can literally get beaten up by vader, who only obeyed him bcs he was the last one who he trusted, and he cant mass manipulate people into believing things didnt exist, nor can he see thoughts.
Hey there, not trying to come off as an ass here but that "tough dog" you speak off was a Hound of Valinor and Sauron was weakened by the magic Luthien who zapped him of his strength. Sauron survived events that neither Palpatine nor Voldemort could've which is not only the War of Powers and the Sinking of Numenor and too the Battle of the Last Alliance. I would suggest rereading the lore and understanding just how powerful Sauron is and was.

In a fight palpatine would take Sauron but then would put on the ring corrupting him leaving his mind enslaved to saurons will so in the end Sauron wins
I would have to vote Sauron would win. His body is truly is just a physical manifestation of his will and unlike the others can be created at will. Yes, the other two may have some semblance of Immortality, Sauron is the only one of the three actually referred to as Immortal. Voldemort and Palpatine are both mortal and as such have mortal desires. This makes them both easy to manipulate and become subservient to Sauron.
@ionlytalkboxing3648 Just because someone is good at manipulating others, doesn't mean they aren't themselves vulnerable. Palpatine had plenty of weaknesses a skilled manipulator could exploit. Vain, egotistical, and power-hungry, Sauron could offer Palpatine a great deal - without explaining the price.
Sauron has an all-seeing eye. Palpatine has eyes and ears all over the galaxy. And then it turns out that Palpatine was conducting research on a secret planet, with the participation of a billion scientists and sorcerers. And now he controls the power of the ring, and Sauron is his puppet.

I can't tell who wins here it depends mainly on resistance to magic and here is why: 1. In Star Wars there is magic but is it follow the same rules like those in LOTR and in Harry Potter ? 2. Force in SW doesn't work outside SW Galaxy and on beings outside the SW Galaxy. 3. Palpatine died from fall in to the shaft! 4. If Magic is the same on the three planes and Sauron doesn't have instant death resistance Voldemort will one shot the other two. 5. Sauron is Immortal and will return, Palpatine will return his spirit in the clone body that he hide across the galaxy and in rematch who knows!
If i May correct you, the force is an omnipresent all-powerful essence which exists Not only in „one galaxy“ but in the entire universe and is also multidimensional.
@@abeloth1116 I am no expert but. In the beggining of the movies they state "galaxy far far away" sugesting it's in our univese. Obi-Wan Kenobi explains the Force to Luke as "an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us, penetrates us, and binds the GALAXY together." Later we know about midi-chlorians that all of the inhabitants of the galaxy have. Their galaxy is in some sord of bubble that prevent free travel out and in, that is that? When Yuuzhan vong, species out of the galaxy invaded, they were largely unaffected by the force. It's debatable before we have official statement, you may be right about the force but, that is my information on the topic.
Given that the Killing Curse doesn't seem to damage either body or soul, it probably messes with the bond between the two. Which works very differently in Ainur to normal physical beings. There's no guarantee the Killing Curse would work. At best, it may expel Sauron from his body. Which is a setback, no more.
Voldemort has one really overpowered move: the Killing Curse. Usually, this is lights out on anyone it hits, except with Sacrifical Love. However, it doesn't guarantee his win, certainly not here. Sauron isn't human. He's not even a physical being. He's a spiritual being who likes to take physical form, to better influence the physical world. While the mechanics aren't exactly spelled out, we do know the Killing Curse doesn't damage the victim's body, and it presumably doesn't damage the soul. The Super Carlin Brothers said (at least that's where I first heard it) there's a third element to people: 'life force'. So... does the Killing Curse destroy that? Does the essence of an Ainu translate to that? Or to a soul? What about power? Yeah, an Ainu's power is tied into its essence, very basically, so how does that change it up? All in all, I think there's just too many problems to just assume it'd work on Sauron. With Palpatine, of course, we don't have those problems. So if Voldemort lands a hit on creamy Sheev, the Sith Lord is done for. However, that's a big 'if'. Spells and hexes and curses are constantly being dodged by witches and wizards. Do I believe witches and wizards have somewhat superior reflexes, instinct, even speed to Muggles? Yeah, sure. Do I believe that beats Force Precognition and Force Speed? Not for a second. The same arguments can be made for much of Voldemort's arsenal. Even Fiendfyre can at best destroy Sauron's physical form and be blocked with a Force Shield or Force Wall. Then it becomes a contest of raw power, and we just haven't seen anything from Voldemort that puts him on a level with Palpatine or Sauron. He's no pushover, don't get me wrong, but he's not out there changing the weather, for instance.
@@JustFlemishMepeople don't seem to understand HP magic. Voldemort can make himself invulnerable and turn them both into a teacup. Actually most of the students in hogwarts can take out the other 2. I'm pretty sure first year Neville Longbottom can handle these two
I’m surprised how much Voldemort is being underestimated. Remember his ability to apparate/teleport himself and his ability to cast incredibly powerful spells other than Avada Kedavra. This gives him the undeniable edge at distance fighting which he can easily achieve by apparating.
We haven’t even seen the full capacity of both characters in both respective universes. Sony Knull was just teased in the latest trailer so we don’t even know if he’ll be comic accurate, and mcu Odin never had an on screen fight. Maybe this fight would be more interesting if it were the comic counterparts
Not saying who would win, but don’t count the Dark Lord out so easily. The “dog” he was fighting that wrestled him to a stamdstill was a super-powered, magical, and hyperintelligent being that has previously been the familiar of an actual god. Besides, when destroyed he rebuilds his body on his own and doesn't need to steel power like Sideous to do so.
Palaptine managed to accomplish everything Sauron and Voldemort failed to do. He killed all his enemies, increased his power in the force and conquered the whole galaxy even it was just for a little over 10 years. That's more than any Sith Emperor has ever done.

Palpidin would wipe the floor with both of them. They even together they couldn't stand a chance against paladin. And yeah that's pretty much my thoughts
Palpatine force breaks voldemort's wand, voldemort is useless afterwards. Sauron's mind control is only psyonic when people wear his rings. So mind control will not stand a chance without them. Hand-to-hand combat, a lightsaber will cut through sauron easily. Body, armor, fingers and all. The obvious answer no one stated is that sauron is immortal. He could just hide for 1000 years and wait till the others age out and die. Voldemort's soul may live on forever in horcruxes, but his body doesn't. It was never explained how Palpatine survived endor, but if it was a cloned body, why come back to a body of an elderly palpatine and not a younger one? So i think that immortality plan would fail.
Sadly Gandalf is a weak shell of Olorin, his maia form. So it would probably be Yoda based on speed and the force. But I think they wouldn't fight each other.
To me personally Darth Sidious drop kicks both of them that dude can create a Force Storm in Space all he has to do is rebound Voldermorts curse back on to him and use his Lightsaber to cut Sauron's Hand off and he's Golden. How about. THE GRUDGE VS THE CANDYMAN. Respect and keep up the epic work.
No way, one of the things that most people don't acknowledge other than Sauron literally being angelic and immortal is that during the 3rd age was that he had imbued so much of his power in the One Ring. This is why he was unable to take physical form. Had he gotten back the ring he would have bitch slapped Palps. I'll take a being two rungs down from Iru anytime over a telekinetic human that needed technology to be reborn. And by reborn I mean cloned. The original Palpatine was really, truly dead. Sauron can't be destroyed, except by Iru Iluvatar, only cast into the Void.

@rodan9773 And a good opinion it is. I was looking at it from the point of view of them both in their original, physical forms. Also, let's not forget that Palps had to siphon power off of Rey before he could summon the lightning storm.
Sauron was unfazed by a lightning storm that was sent either by the Valar or Eru Himself, even when it destroyed the 50ft dome of the 500ft diameter temple he was standing on. Particularly impressive since Sauron isn't brave. He must genuinely have believed he would be fine. Oh yeah, and then there was the time he survived the wrath of God. I'm not convinced Force Lightning would do the trick.
Emperor Palpatine is so powerful and way more skilled. Emperor Palpatine will easily win this fight. Palpatine will take down like Darth Maul, Master Yoda, and other Jedi Masters.
Wow.. the amount of people that somehow don't understand HP magic is astounding. A first year student can take out both Palpy and Sauron. Wizards are only weak to other wizards that can counter them with the same magic. Any wizard can wave a wand and say "I'm just invulnerable now" and the wave their wand again and say "you're a tea cup now" LotR and Star Wars are way better and more interesting, fun worlds/stories but the power in the Wizarding World in a completely different level.
This became less interesting when you instantly eliminate a guy that can fight and leave in a guy that's not a fighter only to say all his power doesn't translate to fighting.
Sauron, every time. 1) Palpatine can shoot lightning - but Sauron caused the Dawnless Day, the day before the Battle of the Pelennor Fields. Sauron can "torture the very hills". Sauron sent a plague that devastated Gondor and the West of Middle-earth. 2) Palpatine is a very effective long-term planner - but so is Sauron. Sauron devoted the Third Age, after his return in 1000 TA, to planning the destruction of Gondor & Arnor. He spent over 2000 years trying to destroy Gondor. 3) Sauron has shown that he can work at several plans for the destruction of his enemies, all at the same time. Palpatine has not. 4) Palpatine almost destroyed the Jedi & made the Republic into his Empire - Sauron corrupted the island kingdom of Numenor during over 1500 years, and brought about its utter destruction. 5) Palpatine comes back from the dead just once, at most; Sauron recovered from very great defeat 5 times, before his final overthrow.
i understand how powerful palpatine is ... but as you said Sauron's powers are in will and mind control... it wouldn't be long before palpatine became sauron greatest servant
before you read I'm a bigger star wars fan than lotr or hp. this is really between Palpatine and Voldemort for second place, Sauron would win if it was him vs 5 palatines and 5 Voldemort's on the same team, Sauron just stomps. on the other hand you have Palpatine vs Voldemort for second place, so I believe this fight is rather one sided but even at the same time, Voldemort cant die as he have horcrux's so he really cant even lose Palpatine on the other hand could be hit by any one of the 3 unforgiveable curses and he'd be out but if you remember i said it was rather even, i said this because i believe if Palpatine saw Voldemort first he would be able to destroy his body or incapacitate him in a number of ways choke, take his wand snap his wand I don't believe lightning would work as Voldemort would be able to block or dodge it, same goes for Voldemort if he sees Palpatine first one spell and he's just dead. If it were to be a colosseum type duel where they see each other at the same time I'd say somewhere near 50/50 but Palpatine actually can die and Voldemort just can't. another note if Voldemort has some way to block the force which I don't know that he does he just claps Palpatine. remember this is my opinion and I'm a star wars fan above lotr and hp. I'm interested to see people's opinion on my take reply if you agree or disagree and why Edit Voldemort can use magic without a wand
Sauron would win definitely. First he would try to manipulate. Which would be very easy because the dark side is giving in to your emotions. Exactly like the rings. If that doesnt work, he will build up his armies and let them do the work. If that doesnt work he will fight but prob lose versus palpatine. Lastly he will just abide his time untill palpatine is no more and then reign the world.
Im about to watch this, but my pre watch opinion is that it depends on the context. Voldemort isn't even in the conversation. He may technically be unkillable with the horcruxes, but Sauron would do a beat down and chain him in the fires of Mount Doom for eternity. Sauron wins the war every time. Even if Palpatine wins the battle, sauron is an immortal lesser god. He'll just regenerate and be back at Palpatine forever, at full strength, until the ring is destroyed. Unlike when Palpatine does in the sequel trilogy. Palpatine would have to win over and over again for eternity, and Sauron only has to win once. Not to mention, sauron would dominate their minds to be his servants before fighting even started, i think the choice is pretty clear here in my opinion
In my opinion sauron wins the long game if not straight up winning. Palpatine in his hubris would take the one ring for himself and eventually Sauron would dominate him.
Sauron wins by dint of being an ancient fallen angel who precedes creation itself. Voldemort is, however, one of the weakest Dark Lords out there in terms of both power and influence.
Green Goblin(Marvel Comics) vs Eda(The Owl House). The Joker(Dc Comics) vs The Jester(Marvel Comics) Ninja Turtles vs The Court of Owls(Dc Comics). Shendu(Jackie Chan Adventures) vs Diablo(Diablo Video Games). Clone Troopers(Star Wars) vs Imperial Guard(Warhammer 40k). Chase Young(Xiaolin Showdown/Chronicles) vs Shang Chi(Marvel Comics).
10:40 Come on... All who know the basic story of Harry Potter knows that Voldemort died because his killing curse backfired as a result of sacrificial love... Palpatine and Sauron would get same fate as they had no concept of love either... Voldemort may lose in 1v1 to Sauron and Palpatine but his power was more stable because it was based on his strategic use of dark magic to instil fear and paranoia in the wizarding world without any need for conquest or politics. When people don't trust each others because of the paranoia they cannot gather opposition against the tyrant like those against Sauron and Palpatine.

The fact that he did it with so much ease shows what were dealing with. Still I really dont know Sauron that well so im not saying his winning, just saying it wont be easy for him
Here's the real kicker for this battle: it goes to Sauron, even if he "loses."
Ignoring all arguments and just making the base assumption that either Palpatine or Voldemort could defeat Sauron's physical form and make him retreat (they really don't have a way to end him for good) by separating and obtaining the ring from him and taking it for themselves, the ring alone would make Sauron the victor in time.
Darth sidous can do the same and transfer his life force to another body this would be a battle that would end in a tie
Sauron makes Palps his Slave.
Palps would be saurons ace.
Voldemort gets to serve drinks.
Then sauron gets his ring cut of and becomes weak then palps betrays him then gets voldemort to teach him magic and mixes it with the force and then just kils voldemort or make him his aprentice

What kind of nonsense are you talking about? Even Arda is already a solar system, and the universe is called Ea.
In the Fragments of the Elven Reincarnation, it is said that the power and authority of Iluvatar is unlimited both OUTSIDE and inside his plan.

Lord of the Rings, Lord of the Siths, Lord of the Rats.
@@Make_it_easy001 Wouldnt work like that
I actually had Palpatine losing to both, because I'm not sure he has any real defense against their type of magic.
(like in the second age, he had not fully recovered yet from the Fall of Numenor when the Last Alliance made war against him, so he wasn't at his full strength when he fought Gil-Galad and Elendil and STILL mutual-killed them both)
Yeah, Palpatine would FEAR Sauron as a deadly, deadly threat, comparable to the Son directly acting against him.

When Yuuzhan vong, species out of the galaxy invaded, they were largely unaffected by the force.
It's debatable before we have official statement, you may be right about the force but, that is my information on the topic.
@@nitshian They travel to a different galaxy in Ashoka, force still works.
Given that the Killing Curse doesn't seem to damage either body or soul, it probably messes with the bond between the two. Which works very differently in Ainur to normal physical beings. There's no guarantee the Killing Curse would work. At best, it may expel Sauron from his body. Which is a setback, no more.
I'd rather see them all working together.
8:38 no. Palpatine only killed windu bcs if anakin
Everybody just dont understand that Voldemort would win NO-DIF but just everybody doesnt know his true power its so stupid.
Palpatine can distance fight as well due to the Force and he is fueled by hatred.
Okay, Sauron wins this. How about Saruman vs Voldemort?
Knull from marve sony vs odin mcu who would win
We haven’t even seen the full capacity of both characters in both respective universes. Sony Knull was just teased in the latest trailer so we don’t even know if he’ll be comic accurate, and mcu Odin never had an on screen fight. Maybe this fight would be more interesting if it were the comic counterparts
”Knull” means something dirty in Swedish
I finally Subscribed!
Sauron didn't cause the waves to destroy numenor!!! That is wrong. It was illuvitar himself who destroyed numenor!
Odin (MCU) vs Doctor Fate (DCEU)
Palaptine managed to accomplish everything Sauron and Voldemort failed to do. He killed all his enemies, increased his power in the force and conquered the whole galaxy even it was just for a little over 10 years. That's more than any Sith Emperor has ever done.
saying Sauron is immortal, he would win since you can't beat him
Sauron clearly no debate. Palpatine might do some stuff but voldemort cant do shit against sauron
Make a video who wins the battle Darth Vader or Superman?
Sadly, no contest. Superman can always recharge in the sun (including literally in the sun, in space) and reach completely ridiculous power levels. Superman is as strong as he needs to be.
Sauron.
It's a no contest gimme.
Sauron immediately surrenders to Palpatine. Becomes strong in the Empire. Bends wills to his domination. Supplants Palpatine. Rules Galaxy.
Palpatine would be the one who surrenders
@@pantahir3000 No, Sauron uses the exact same fake surrender strategy against Númenor and uses that to win. His main power is manipulation he sorta sucks at actual combat

cap he gets negged by both
I vote 🗳️ Palpatine, the thumbnail image says EVERYTHING.
Sauron Solos!
Palp and voldie would want the one ring as a way to finalize both their schemes. Just their lust for power is their end.
Voldemort's ego is too high to entertain a conversation with non wizards. There would just be 2 flashes of green and him teleporting away
I would like to see Thanos with the inifinity gauntlet in this match up and then see who wins.
Gotta do the opposite now, Yoda, gandalf, Dumbledore
Sadly Gandalf is a weak shell of Olorin, his maia form. So it would probably be Yoda based on speed and the force. But I think they wouldn't fight each other.
Gandalf is immortal, wins by default.
@@bobbydigital8056 Ya but he was still physically destroyed and spent the rest of The Time as a Wrath even Voldemort was able to do more then Sauron by The looks of things including bring him self back with Help yes but Sauron had more help and still Couldn't get that Ring and as Darth Sidious would be able to Destroy him and Voldemort.
That would be a win Regardless of their Wraith like Forms still left.
But it definitely wouldn't be easy at all Sidious would probably die after but ya last Man Standing.
Just my thoughts thou.
Any wizard can wave a wand and say "I'm just invulnerable now" and the wave their wand again and say "you're a tea cup now"
LotR and Star Wars are way better and more interesting, fun worlds/stories but the power in the Wizarding World in a completely different level.
Sauron would wipe the floor with those 2 chumps!
This became less interesting when you instantly eliminate a guy that can fight and leave in a guy that's not a fighter only to say all his power doesn't translate to fighting.
Kraven The Hunter Vs Killer Kroc
Huan that big dog you mention is a FREAK, a hound of Valinor. I do not think using him to discredit Sauron (A Maiar) is necessary here.
Voldemort has an instant death curse. If it works, he wins. If the others have an answer for it, he is at the bottom.
Which video game is that from with Sauron? I would like to know. Thanks!
i understand how powerful palpatine is ... but as you said Sauron's powers are in will and mind control... it wouldn't be long before palpatine became sauron greatest servant
I agree with that one.
Legends Palpatine for sure, Sauron wipes Canon Palpatine
Can you do The Dovahkin (Skyrim) vs The Tarnished (Elden ring) ?
before you read I'm a bigger star wars fan than lotr or hp. this is really between Palpatine and Voldemort for second place, Sauron would win if it was him vs 5 palatines and 5 Voldemort's on the same team, Sauron just stomps. on the other hand you have Palpatine vs Voldemort for second place, so I believe this fight is rather one sided but even at the same time, Voldemort cant die as he have horcrux's so he really cant even lose Palpatine on the other hand could be hit by any one of the 3 unforgiveable curses and he'd be out but if you remember i said it was rather even, i said this because i believe if Palpatine saw Voldemort first he would be able to destroy his body or incapacitate him in a number of ways choke, take his wand snap his wand I don't believe lightning would work as Voldemort would be able to block or dodge it, same goes for Voldemort if he sees Palpatine first one spell and he's just dead.
I'm interested to see people's opinion on my take reply if you agree or disagree and why
Edit Voldemort can use magic without a wand
Voldemort can't even take over a university. He is a joke
Legends Sidious owns Sauron, movies Sidious looses to Sauron.
Love Star Wars and palpatine but Sauron is a different being
Palpatine is THE being.
@@Ninjersey1 Sauron doesn't have the feats to match Palpatine. Feats > writers conjecture.
It's treason then.
Isn't this... An exact re-upload of a video from a year ago?
Sauron wins by dint of being an ancient fallen angel who precedes creation itself. Voldemort is, however, one of the weakest Dark Lords out there in terms of both power and influence.
