There's supposed to be an update this week. The problem I have is that bugs that are supposed to have been fixed still occur. Like iron mineral deposits becoming unminable if you run out of stamina or stop for some reason. That was supposed to have been fixed weeks ago but is still happening.

@@uberrod yup 😭 I actually spoke about that on my last weekly recap because I wasn’t sure if I was the only one who was still experiencing after they said it was fixed

Early Access isn't for everyone. Lots of folks can't handle the uncertainty. On the other hand the game hasn't been out a month yet. There is a lot technically going on behind the scenes for this game as it is built on a different backend architecture than most MMOs. I expect they are taking their time with the backend fixes because screwing them up will cause more wipes in our future. All that said I'd like them to give us an idea of what we can expect for big updates each month. I also get anxious when there is no update for the week - another game's devs did mention that this time of year is a big vacation time for Europe so it could also be not wanting to commit to anything while folks are out on vacation.
I see separate updates - each with at least a month in between - for Markets, Baronies/Religion, Farming, Animal Husbandry, Horse Riding, etc. In between all of those have to be combat tweaks, dungeon content, overland content, new resources, recipe reworks etc. There is a balance they will have to achieve between breath of content verses depth.

I had a simlar experience with the excessive fan base on Discord but I did suffer from numerous recent bugs and the only mention of known bugs was dated the 2nd July so no update on recent bugs. I was told I may have a potato PC and did not know how MMO;s work, when I said it was my second 70 hr play through no further comments were made. Crashing a lot more lately, logging in floating in the air, invisible walls/ furniture, many failed attempts to exit game, instant spawns, invisible spawns to name only a few... nothing serious for early access but I thought it deserved some response about awareness/solutions from the devs not 10 days of silence. ... The first 70 hour play time was far superior... Unlike yourself my bug solutions are far more important than any new content.... I was not assured by the dev comments. I would like to add that I really enjoy just being in the world they created.

@@greenarmchair3211 yeah if there are bugs that are making the game unplayable, I totally agree they need to be addressed ASAP. Besides posting in discord, did you report these bugs to the devs in any other way? Hoping for you the patching coming next week addresses at least some of those

I feel like fixing bugs is more important then bringing out new content already, the game isnt out for that long. The problem i see is more on the side of "can they actually do what they say?". In the last weeks they claimed fixes were done but alot of these fixes i cant really see. Bugs are still there, maybe not always or not that often, but they are there. The server stability is still not the best and major things like stopping trees from growing back are not really talked about. That "bug" is one of the major reasons people get pissed of, because right now you cant build where you want, unless you want to have a christmas tree shop in your house...well no thanks xD...the game is in a really early state but i also think that a lot of us payed money for this and we have a right to know more about the plans for the game. To be hinest, It shouldnt be in EA yet but it is...lets just hope they get the job done...because they pissed of alot of players already. Blaming it on the holiday season in europe...well...

@@jan_unterwasser apparently they’re aware of the trees growing in houses but said that is low priority on their list. I, too, hope they can deliver on their promises though 😭😭

As a Star citizen player, take it easy. We get patches maybe twice a year. EA takes time. Lots of data, lots of testing. Buckle up for the long ride
