Christmas is a Time to Love (HD, with Lyrics)

This is a Staff Choir (from a university in Hong Kong) performance of the song "Christmas is a Time to Love", produced in the "virtual choir mode".
Production Details:
There are totally 20 voices, 5 real instruments (piano, violin, flute, two guitars), and several synthesizer sounds played with the Korg Kronos 88 music workstation. Due to the impossibility of gathering an actual choir under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, vocals and the real musical instruments were recorded separately and then mixed and mastered with Logic Pro. The vocals and real instrumentals sounds in the MV are the actual sounds captured when the video was filmed. There is no overdubbing when mixing and mastering is done, resulting in "What You Hear is What You See" in this video.
Video and audio recording were made, simultaneously, in two days, namely 2 Dec 2020 and 4 Dec 2020. Mixing and mastering were done over 10 days time.

We thank all the members involved in this project for making this a reality over a relatively short period of time for the production. We wish to dedicate this song to our colleagues, friends and relatives, and the audience, with the wish of instilling hope and optimism in all of us. We hope to spread more love, via this song, in our University, in Hong Kong, and hopefully all over the world via the audience.
