- After weeks of endless work, I have created an extremely screen accurate Spring Bonnie cosplay suit. This is an almost exact replica of the suit seen in Five Nights at Freddy’s. Please comment with any questions you may have! Thanks for watching!

Can you do a tutorial? How did you do the black parts of the suit?
Just applied a bunch of hot glue on the holes and covered the whole thing in a thin layer of black acrylic paint

Woah!! This is incredibly accurate to the movie! The burn marks and withering are well-made. Also, using buckle straps to hold the limbs together is so smart!!

How did you get the color of the fabric right?
I applied a thin layer of black acrylic paint to the entire suit with a sponge.
Use a generic voice modulator when you wear the suit and, to quote Afton: “this is perfect!”

99% accurate. The movie hands were metal for some reason instead of being fabric like the suit

Agreed, I really can’t take 3D printed suits seriously. They look cool but I feel like it’s lazy and they’re also using someone else’s art and models to make their own suit.

Yo, I’m a really big fan of this costume. Can I ask the question so there’s a time in my life where I wanted to make a cosplay and I’m doing that now I got all the materials that I can do for this and I really seriously want to do this I’m started off on the head. Can you give some advice whenever you measure the body of a human because I have a feeling I might struggle on a body❤🙏
I would recommend watching the Glitchtrap cosplay tutorial by Andiematronic on TH-cam, it gives a pretty good guide on measuring your body.

The screen used suit uses the buckles. It makes it really easy to get on and off.

How much money do you need for this project
I spent around $300
You should get a generic beige/yellow jumpsuit to wear under it if you haven’t yet. That’s actually Matthew wore under the suit
And another thing I noticed is that in the film, the gloves are a harder, smoother material. Other than that this suit is perfect!
That’s already what I’m wearing underneath! I already had a khaki jumpsuit from my ghostbusters cosplay so I’m just wearing that under the suit.

How did you make the inside of the withering on the head as I needed help on making a movie accurate head to look you know, accurate for awhile and this was the first upload of making the suit I would appreciate it a lot since it’s my first time attempting to make a head.

For the shape of the head, I see you used foam. How quite did you get the shape and roundness of the head with the foam and have the inside be hollow?
Go watch any FNAF cosplay or fur suit tutorial, it’s a pretty common method.

What kind of LED lights did you use for the eyes? I wired small LED bulbs into the Foxy I recently made and have been thinking about trying to make Spring Bonnie next and the LEDs you used would be much better than what I used

The LED lights are cheap mini puck lights from Walmart. I just got some basic buckles from Joann Fabrics.

Hey! I'm also working on a Spring Bonnie suit from the movie. What color felts did you use? The only fabric store around here has "Golden Yellow" and "mustard" but only in flannel lol
I got my fabric from Joann Fabrics, it’s the Narcissus color anti pill fleece. You might be able to order it on their website.

Hey I know this comment is late, but how did you make the head shape so round?
Well it’s foam, so he probably just cut and sculpted it out of the foam
It seems they trimmed the sharp edges and/or added a bit of foam on certain parts to match the roundness of the og costume, not sure.
