I tried this several times, omg it is so good. I serve them with Spanish rice, and home made salsa. My husband love it. He doesn't really eat fish but this recipe he loves it
I eat it with mash potatoes and blanched veggies it turns out really well

I just made this. The taste was out of this world! I had to tweak the butter cuz 2 tbsp's was a bit much. However, my fish came out very mushy. Adding all the liquid seemed to braise the fish instead of having it firm up. I'll keep trying cuz it's delicious.

I made this with tilapia which my husband never like because it's blah, and he love this soooo much! Thanks a lot , you saved the tilapia. I cut the fillet in strips and also breaded them which held the sauce and kept them moist in the fridge for 3 days.

A gentleman at the Whole Foods store told me to cook them in parchment with lemon and butter - wow! It was out of this world!! The sole fish kept getting sold out so I quit looking to buy them. Now that I got some - can’t wait!!

Well you can replace the parsley with chive .
The lemon butter sauce i learned in france was to just melt a 100gr of butter , to add from a half to a full lemon a and then you add a full soup spoon of fraiche cream and at the very end once away from heat you add small rings of chives and salt and pepper .
You dont heat the fish in it you serve it on top and put a saucer of it on the side if peoples want more .
The way on the video is another classic butter white wine sauce that you can also add shalots and garlic to it and a bit of cream . Anyway i would eat this recipes because it is simple and it should tatse geat .

Looks simple and delicious Jason! I have 2 lbs of Dover sole fillets I picked up at Costco. The flour in your recipe is a no go but the test of the ingredients will be fine for me. I do realize the ultra flour works as a sauce thickener, I'll just have to make do without it.
you can use cassava flour which is gluten-free. I made it and it was delicious.

Robuchon does a mean sole fish.. It came with a small bowl of melted lemon brown butter which made the dish fantastic.

I went down to my local harbour and got Haddock fillets from a trawler, and this is how i cooked the fillets, salt and peppered and floured the fillets 2 tbl spoons of butter medium heat in pan once melted i cooked the fillets for 2 minutes each side added the wine then 1 tbl spoon of butter, quarter cup of fish stock, squeezed 1 lemon and chopped fresh parsley, plated up with green beans, and goose fat roast potatoe's really nice and easy but delicious with a bottle of beer or wine ☺
