    I learned so much about myself by watching your videos, and one thing that keeps coming to my mind is a scene from the move Act like a Lady Think like a Man: "you don't need a man, you are a man". Funny but sad, I am that person who does everything on her own but it's lonely there... And as much as I'd love to get that fuzzy feeling from higher estrogen, I can't do it. I have estrogen dominance which wreaked chaos in my body and I have to take supplements to bring it down. :(

    It all make sense now. We must taught this to ourselves and the young generation for sure.
    When we understand ourselves and each other. We strengthen our relationships and that starts with committing to be conscious and tapping into our masculine/feminine energies.
    Thank you for this insightful conversation. ❤️

    This was the best video to watch. Michelle pointed out about woman being self sufficient. I've been like this my whole life had to be the one to step up and get things done. Even in my marriage. But all I've ever drawn in was more feminine. It's so hard to be wanting to need. I'm not well to do but I can take of myself and what I need. This is a new adventure for me. Thank you. You are so appreciated for all these videos both of you.

    So masculine men crave what? Was it appreciation, authenticity, femininity or independence or what??

      Appreciation, which comes from being grounded in your femininity. As feminine women, we need men. Feeling that need makes you naturally appreciate a man. But feeling your need for a man in a positive way is only possible when you are balanced, otherwise you get needy (when you don't trust men to provide what you need). To be balanced, you have to have some independence in meeting your needs. You shouldn't depend solely on him. But you also don't have to act like you don't need him, that makes him feel useless. (If that sounds like a contradiction, think of food. You need food, but you can't only eat, you also need sleep etc.)

      He needs to feel needed and to get appreciation. This is enhanced through a balance between the masculine and the feminine. Thanks for watching.

      My son doesn't like to be looked at. He gets uncomfortable and ask "What?
      He thinks that he's going to be criticize or judge.
      But it's always because I love him that I look at him. He still don't want attention to be focused on him.

    • @biancamichelle11
      @biancamichelle11 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Lol, I was dating someone who did that. I think that’s a deep fear of being fully seen due to fear being inadequate and being judged. Also, masculine energy is not vulnerable so they don’t want to be caught off guard. When they are not doing anything that is a more feminine passive expression so maybe they also feel they appear weak in that moment and feel self-cautious.

      He’s just curious why you’re looking at him, you could say something cute like “you’re so handsome” or “I love you”. It means nothing deeper.

      He doesn't much ask what anymore cause I asked him if it bothered him if I just stared at him cause he's so handsome. He said no, lol.
