Although dragon ball is filled with western religions and understanding of the world it doesn't mean everything in it is, like broly is literally just the hulk .the concept of anger makes him go green and out of control and maybe also the green Chakra
@@JackRippa-bq9qo hulk uses that same chakra yes. If u learn about the chakras you'll see they put it in everything. But it's usually perverted on the negative effects of that gamma wave energy

Nature Vs nurture. All the saiyans we know lived under king vegeta and freizas rule except Goku and brolly
When watching these videos I’d always assumed it was more accurate to say it’s the indulgence in our survival instincts that corrupts our nature a lot of times a character will be introduced coming from a ruff place however when they get out of that inviorment all there habits are bad now because they are not in a place where they need them anymore or that’s how I see it

I’ll tell u why because unlike goku he was raised by his Saiyan father on a distant planet where he’s only supposed to listen raising a listening boy!! He doesn’t know what he’s doin, been doin, or was because that’s all he knew and he didn’t grow up to be mature. He found friends along the way and a animal nurtured him as well as his father ofc he’s gonna be pure of heart there’s nothing there to taint him

The saiyans remind me of the Ashura from HInduism and Buddhism. But from what I heard they're based on the kryptonians from Superman.
kryptonians would be the equivalent to other half of the population of the saiyan home planet the got wiped out

Do you think it’s being set up in the DBS for Goku, Vegeta, & Broly to protect their universe, and Gohan is being set up to prevent earth(when Goku & Vegeta are not on earth)?
I also think this is the direction Toriyama intended for Goku, Vegeta and Broly. Gohan would mainly protect Earth while Goku, Vegeta and Broly will be the Saiyan trio not just protecting Universe 7 but also exploring other Universes
That's how I see it as well. Also with the EOZ coming soon we'll be getting Uub and more of Pan. They'll be getting trained by Goku (Uub) and Piccolo (Pan/Goku), setting up for them along with Trunks and Goten to work with a Gohan led squad of earth's protectors. Then with Vegeta and Broly, Goku would travel through not only U7 but to other universes and even other godly realms to grow their own strength and of course take care of multiversal threats.

0:45 if that's true then Broly's fight against Vegeta and Goku (then Gogeta) is really something -he clashed against the new generation of saiyans at the peak and even though he ruthlessly rampaged, he almost died 2ice and was still forgiven and allowed into their world. Although Broly's backstory and his upbringing with his father is really unfortunate and truly unfair, i guess he had his catharsis through an epic battle and now has many friends. Good for Broly, no cap!
