Ah that first time face reaction to Nightwish. First the hmm, will I like this, I don't really like metal, then the ok this sounds good at the start, then the open mouth as Floor starts to sing, then after a minute or so the smile settles on the face for the whole song. Next stop Taylor windmills 😂
Haha I was editing this video and I know Taylor got really into it because there were times she was left with her mouth open in awe. It was awesome for me personally to see her progress in the song.

Hello Killermcknight and Queen Taylor ! Nightwish fan here, your musical quest summoned me. Welcome to the world of symphonic metal! And thank you for introducing Taylor to this legendary band! This live recording is from Wacken Open Air 2013, together with Floor Jansen [pronounced Yansen], the 3rd and present female singer of the band, in front of an 82K audience. About the instrumental and vocal added parts - it's good to know they recorded their orchestral and vocal back tracks with prestigious institutions as London Philharmonic Orchestra. London's The Metro Voices choir group and London's Young Musicians Children's Choir as their regular partners. Since this is your first Nightwish reaction, it is my duty to give you the [updated] short history of the band concentrated by Ann Waychoff, one of the biggest Nightwish fan who has since passed away (and I am doing this in her memory): " Nightwish was started in 1996.They are considered a Symphonic Metal band, with a female main singer. They are from Finland. Tuomas Holopainen [pronounced Tuo-mas], the keyboard player, composes and writes the lyrics for 95% of their music. [Sami Vanska was the bassist of the band starting with their 2nd studio album, he was with them until 2001. Then Marco Hietala was bassist and vocals, since 2001 to 2020. He recently announced his retirement both from the band and the public life for the next year at least. Then in May 2021 Jukka Koskinen [pronounced Yukka] became the bassist of the band, for the Human :II: Nature tour - and recently, the band announced he became a permanent member] And there is the guitarist Emppu Vuorinen [he also recorded the bass lines for their 1st studio album]. Then there is Troy Donockley from UK who is a multi-instrumentalist and vocals. Jukka Nevalainen [pronounced Yukka] is the drummer. In 2015 due to Jukka's health issues Kai Hahto became the drummer and as of now is a permanent addition. Nightwish has had three singers. 1st one was Tarja Turunen [pronounced Tarr-ya] (Operatic vocals). She was with them until 2005. The 2nd one was Anette Olzon from Sweden (Poppy, strong vocals). She was with them until 2012.The 3rd and current singer is Floor Jansen, from Netherlands (power, operatic, soprano.....most versatile) - you just heard her. There are live concerts that you should use depending on what era. From Wishes to Eternity and End of an Era (Tarja), Montreux Festival live 2012 and Exit Festival (Anette), Live at Wacken 2013, Live at Wembley, Live at Tampere, Vehicle of Spirit, Decades live (Floor). I hope this helps. I want to welcome you to the Nightwish community. I hope you like them enough to continue the journey. Believe me Nightwish will surprise you with their songs. You will never know what to expect. They are unbelievable live. I want to warn you that Nightwish fans are hard core. So be prepared. lol " For an extended set of suggestion (with links), I just posted 2 huge comments in the community tab in my main YT channel: www.youtube.com/@gabriel.bardac/community 🤘

@@Killermcknight Hello again. I looked for your first reaction to Nightwish, and I found the second one :)) I'm glad that you thought it appropriate to introduce Queen Taylor with a song suitable for her opening to this musical genre 🤘
Great reaction. I am usually one to temper my expectations when going to see a band (or a movie for that matter), but I was super excited and very hyped when I went to see Nightwish. My expectations were through the roof, and they still managed to completely shatter them. It was even better than I could have managed. Floor is so charismatic and her stage presence is off the charts. And the whole band is so tight and in sync. GLS was the second to last song they played, with the last being a 20 minute song. I was smiling so hard during the last 30 minutes that I was afraid my face would get stuck like that and I would need to start doing Joker cosplay as a career.
Next up for your girlfriend, Phantom of the Opera by Nightwish with Floor and Henk Poort, who actually had played the Phantom on the Dutch stage: th-cam.com/video/TM23gaT4zkY/w-d-xo.html Before the pandemic messed everything up, Floor and Henk had appeared together on a Dutch TV show where they performed the Phantom duet. Floor promised Henk that he could sing it with Nightwish. Then COVID messed it all up. So when these two consecutive shows at the Ziggo Dome were scheduled, the Phantom was not on the setlist. Before the show the band rehearsed it using only their in-ears so no one would outside heard it. So when Floor started singing there was a big reaction from the crowd followed by another one when Henk walked out. Just wait for Floor's last note . . .
Bill, it's good to see you! We are making a list of recommendations from the comments on this video and we will definitely take into consideration some videos to do moving forward. Thank you for the recommendation and information! I appreciate it!
So, despite my moniker, I am a 73-year-old male. Been listening to Nightwish for maybe 2 years. Stumbled into listening (another reactor listening to Floor's cover of "Alone") and haven't been able to stop. From what I have read or seen on various videos (watch some of the documentaries produced by Nightwish), Floor had been with the band about 10 months when this video was recorded. This song was NOT written with her vocal abilities in mind. Also, she has gotten inked since this video was made. Just saying. I think my favorite Nightwish song (LOTS of "favorites") right now is "Devil and The Deep Dark Ocean", the live performance in Buenos Aries (go for the version with lyrics). It is more "metal", but it showcases Tuomas' Holopainin's (the keyboardist) compositional and song writing abilities and his ability to transmit a message simply through phrasing, chords, keys and so forth. Even without being able to decypher the lyrics from Floor and Marko's singing, you will understand the theme is "good vs. evil". And then there is Floor. Her vocal gymnastics in this song are simply astonishing. Enjoy your journey. I have moved into listening to some of Tuomas' other compositions. Totally NOT metal is "The Life And Times of Scrooge", an album inspired by a graphic novel, "The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck". A wonderful movie soundtrack for a non-existent movie! Also, go listen to Floor sing "Vilja Lied" on the Dutch T.V. Show "Beste Zangers". There is so much to discover. It is NEVER too late!
Since you mentioned Epica and likeing them as well, have you tried "Sancta Terra" by Epica with Floor Jansen as a guest vocalist as something new for your girlfriend to hear. Floor and Simone are best friends and both are trained vocalist with amazing voices and that song might also bring a few goosebumps to you and your girlfriend. New sub and thank you, I would also recommend "Storytime" by Nightwish for your girlfriend to listen to. Have a great day!
Thank you Jim! We are making a list of recommendations from the comments on this video and we will definitely take into consideration some videos to do moving forward. Thanks for the recommendations!
Yes, again 2 souls are taken by our Dutch Valkyrie Goddes of Metal, more Floor Jansen, watch the beste zangers 2019, she sings in different styles and different languages.. She sings O Mio Babbino Caro and from the gamecube game Final Fantasy Chronicals, Sound of the Wind... There is a video on TH-cam with all the endings of GLS and a video where she even sings the Yellow Pages on a radio-show... She is working on different projects of Ayreon too, Valley of the Queens and The Day The World Break Down are good ones to start with.. have fun with Nightwish and Floor Jansen..
Wacken open air is a festival that lasts for four days, not just a concert or a stage. Also, that was a bulls head not a skull. Wacken (the region where Wacken open air takes place) is known for its cattle industry.
When you have a genius songwriter like Tuomas Holopainen, you end up with many musical masterpieces and Tuomas is a master of melody and emotion. Combine that with the virtuoso musicians of the band and the greatest female vocalist alive and you have Nightwish, one of the best bands of all time, of any genre. You should introduce Taylor to some of the great variety of Nightwish songs (live versions from the Floor era in my opinion). I highly suggest: Sleeping Sun, Nemo, Amaranth, Elan, I Want My Tears Back, Dead Boy's Poem, 7 Days To The Wolves, Yours Is An Empty Hope, Romanticide, Story Time, My Walden, The Islander, While Your Lips Are Still Red, How's The Heart, Tribal, Ever Dream, Shoemaker, Ghost River
We are making a list of recommendations from the comments on this video and we will definitely take into consideration some videos to do moving forward. Thanks for the recommendation!
@@Killermcknight Awesome. Just FYI, their best concert performances (video wise).are from Wacken 2013; Tampere 2015; Wembley 2015, and Buenos Aires 2018, and Hellfest 2022
Discovering Nightwish and Floor Jansen 12 months ago has turned my musical world upside down and inside out. I'm deeply immersed down the Nightwish rabbit hole. Why on Earth do we not hear and see them on mainstream radio and TV? Phenomenal group of musicians all masters of their craft fronted by in my humble opinion the best vocalist that I have ever heard. It is always a pleasure to vicariously relive my first time listen to this masterpiece and so many others through great reactors like you. Thank you so much. Paul 🙏😊👍❤️
Much more of this please! She needs to see much more Nightwish. Thank you for introducing her to them, everyone needs to experience this. Much love from the Nightwish army in New York 🤗
When this reaction start with an instant Floorgasm, you know that her Nightwish journey will be fire! I always like Nightwish, since Floor Jansen that i already like with After Forever & Ayreon join the band; they become without any doubt one of my top 5 favorite's bands! I Also hope the Epica look into will also be something that she like!
Hey KillerMcKnight and Queen Taylor. I'm so happy you got to introduce her to Nightwish and our 6'1" Valkyrie goddess, Floor Jansen (Yan-sen). Welcome to the world of symphonic metal. New Nightwish Army Phoenix subscriber here. I highly encourage you to read all of Gabriel Bardac's comment and follow the link he provides at the end. That will take you to Gabriel's List of other fantastic Nightwish live performances. Nightwish is the rare band whose live performances are even better than their studio productions. Thank you for this great reaction.
As you mentioned Epica , there is an outstanding performance/song of them ( feat. Floor J.) called Sankta Terra , with orchestra and choir , a must hear !
The next has to be Storytime... She will love it... then maybe Bless the Child from the same show!!! She will looove them both... and they are in the same ballpark.of Ghost love score!
noted thank you! We are making a list of recommendations from the comments on this video and we will definitely take into consideration some videos to do moving forward.
Nightwish Army Southwest Michigan Division checking in. Great reaction, and I am looking forward to following you as you continue to discover more from Nightwish.
Thank you for the reaction. Maybe you should check out Nightwish "Phantom of the opera" live at Ziggo dome. Just count how long she holds the note at the end...
our dutch pride Floor Jansen is a soprano, with an ambitus of more than three octaves (C3 to F6). Her singing style varies from opera and clean singing to screaming and grunting. She usually sings in English, but she has also sung songs in Dutch, German, Spanish, Finnish, Latin, Italian and Swedish.
Greetings from Connecticut. Great reaction to this epic song by Nightwish and Floor Jansen the Valkyrie Goddess. Killer your girlfriend had it right. "She is a Queen" Enjoy your Nightwish journey.
In that sentense you have to add Sharon den Adell from Within Temptation, another fantastic singer and band. To get a link back to Nightwish, take a look at the song Paradise, from WT, where Tarja Turunnen is guestsinger.
@@Killermcknight Man, can you please show her Epica as well? Surely not "Consign to Oblivion", that's too brutal. 🙂 And no "Sancta Terra" either, because NW fans would make it all about Floor. I think "Unleashed" (Official Live) is a great start. Live orchestra, no growls, beautiful melody, Simone's incredible performance! Or for more radio-friendly song "Storm the Sorrow" (Official Video), it has only 20 seconds of growling, but I like seeing people not expecting it. 😂And the video is very very cool too (Simone's dirtiest filming ever).
@@Killermcknight If you decide to do "Unleashed", make sure it's the Official Live version, which you probably haven't seen yet. It has a short orchestral intro, which is not on the album version (music video that you watched 5 months ago).
Kyle the nice comment about epica part was definitely referring to you lol we're making a list of recommendations from this video and I'll mention it to her.
The genius behind Finnish Nightwish, keyboardist Tuomas Holopainen has more sides: he is involved in the Finnish death core band Darkwoods My Betrothed as well in the more folky band Auri, together with his elfish wife Johanna Kurkela❤. Nightwish is more in the middle of these two, Floor being the goddess
Nightwish is one of the few bands that actually sound better live than in the studio. I was lucky enough to get to see them last year and they really are that good. Maybe go through the whole concert together? The whole thing is just amazing!!
This is the 13th song of a 15 song set so the stamina is amazing , amazing vocals and respect for the drummer they dont get respect very much . Bought this live album as soon as i heard this .
I was realy there with over 100k other metalheads and it was absolute amazing wacken is an festival over 4 days and the complete show from Nightwish was over hours 😊
Hey, killermcknight, I'm just gonna put it out there: If your lady there likes opera, have her listen to Nightwish performing Phantom of the Opera, featuring Henk Poort. To be honest, I think her mind would be blown away at how effortless Floor makes singing opera look!
oh come on, show her "Rivers: from Epica. This is just beautiful ballad ;) And from Nightwish latest Phantom Of The Opera with Henk Poort, live from Amsterdam concert ;)
Most powerful, dynamic vocalist on this planet. One of the greatest musical acts ever. You can both go to bed tonight knowing you lived long enough to hear The Alpha.
You definitely need to introduce her to Epica. Start with a ballad. I highly recommend their recently released live recording of Rivers from Chile. Simone is so beautiful and angelic and the visuals are just stunning.
Nothing beats seeing a first reaction to the Valkery queen and Nightwish. 🤘👍😁 Floor Jansen, vocalist of Nightwish, The Queen of Symphonic Metal 👑, The Dutch Valkyrie Goddess 🙏 Hallowed be her name 🙏
Nightwish Army Germany reports for Duty: Great Reaction !! I think our Queen captured another soul….:-) It never gets old to see people freeze when our Queen starts to sing…. About Ghost Love Score: Standing solid as a World Pillar around which the planet revolves, Floor hits "The Note," the crowd loses their shit, the band tears a hole in the fabric of Space-Time, and 82,000 people will never, ever be the same again. I think you should treat your lady now with Storytime from Wacken 2013.... Floor Jansen, First of Her Name, Queen of the Valkyries, Lady of Nightwish and Protector of our Metal Realm. Long may she reign. Bow, mortal !
Ever since I discovered Nightwish and heard this song and Floor's voice about three years ago, I'm totally addicted, and to watching reactions to it too. :) I'm a 60 yo Dutch woman who had never heard anything to do with metal before that, coming to realize that symphonic metal, Nightwish and Floor were the kind of music I had been longing for for all of my life without knowing it! Bit of a shock to be honest. But soooo good! LOL
Nightwish army Wisconsin chapter signing in. You're close with the Nordic Princess/Queen comment, Floor Jansen (pronounced Yansen in Dutch) is widely known as the Valkyrie Goddess by the army. Great reaction may your travel be smooth, in this and other journeys.
Wacken 2013 starring Nightwish and co-starring the 80,000 crowd..wow!! The energy this band always creates with their crowd connection is incredible!! Sensory overload….NW style!!
_Ghost_ _Love_ _Score_ is one of Floor's favourites, so if you go to see them live you are pretty much guaranteed to experience this. I got to see them last year (finally, after many delays), which means this is now my second-favourite version of GLS...
🤗🍒🤘🏻😘well done both with the response and very good of you introducing her to Nightwish. Welcome to the Nightwish Family and I hope you continue to comment together
No matter how heavy or light they are they always have their signature aspects. It's still very well structured, rhythmic, orchestrated, seemless transitions, and so artistic. It's not just heavy
What is amazing about this performance is this song was about their 12th. She, at that time, was only with them a couple of months. Also this was performed in front approximately 80 k screaming Nightwish fans.
I would recommend two Floor Jansen duets with fellow Dutch singers. Simone Simons (Epica) singing Sancta Terra and Henk Port singing Phantom Of The Opera from the Beste Zangers show. Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber described Henk Port as the best Phantom that he has heard.
and she was only 10 months with nightwish so thats how she good is and had to learn the full list of songs in 48hrs and follow the list Gabriel gave you
Night Wish is my absolute favorite band. I am 67 years old and was introduced to them about 7 years ago during the time I was going through heart issues...fixed now. many times falling asleep listening.....I listen to them a lot. Floor is amazing. Now also watch Phantom of the opera with Tarja their first singer who is unreally talented. I have seen them with Floor live in Omaha NE. freaking amazing... there was a 78 year old couple at the concert rocking just like me the whole time singing along. The singer between the two is Anette. I have all their albums.
That’s so awesome! I’m glad you found music that you enjoyed so much, especially during a trying time. I’ve always believed music is medicine. Glad to hear your heart issues are all fixed!
Yes yes, please more with your Wife :) Welcome, to Nightwish. :) Here is my list for you......but first..... Floor Jansen (pronounced Yansen) who is actually Dutch and the 3rd of the bands lead singers. By the way....she is 6'1" and known as the Valkyrie Goddess. Marco - Bass and vocals (wait until you hear him sing with Floor and solo....) This band is going to rock your world dude. Emppu - Lead guitar (jokester and very deliberative in his playing) Jukka on drums, but had to stop due to insomnia (but is still behind the scenes with Nightwish), new drummer is Kai who was the drummer with Wintersun. Tuomas - keyboards and main songwriter/choreographer for Nightwish aka genius. :) And Troy, who you will see trust me, as he is vocals/flute/woodwind/bagpipes/you name it lol. :) Here's just a few Nightwish live songs for you to choose from.... you could always do Epica- Sancta Tera w/guest singer Floor (live retrospect concert). It's not too heavy and it has Floor. Also the name Floor is similar Flower when translated, like naming someone rose or lily.
Saw Nightwish on their tour last year. The last two songs were Ghost Love Score and Greatest Show on Earth, Ghost is 11 mins long and Greatest is 20 mins long. Try Epica Sancta Terra live as Floor is a guest singer.
You guys need to react to The phantom of the opera from Amsterdan this year. And Shoemaker from Hellfest last year. There we can talk about Floor singing like crazy.
If you go down that lane you must watch the live version of Phantom of the opera back in 2005 and Hartwell arena, Helsinki, Finland. It is Tarja Turunnens last performence with Nightwish and then you also find Marco as the Phantom himselves. It was the last consert of a long worldwide tour for the record Once. Directly after this concert Tarja was fired from the band.
Definitely my favorite song from Floors time with NW. She is an incredible vocalist, but the band is quite accomplished in their own right. Great reaction
Nightwish Army South Germany Division Hello Killermcknight and Queen Taylor ...Our Boss, Commander-in-Chief and General of the Nightwish Army Gabriel Bardac has already told you the most important things. It only remains for me to say a warm welcome to the wonderful world of symphonic metal and at the same time welcome as a new recruit to the ranks of the Nightwish Army. You've just seen and heard her, who is named by her fans worldwide in the sum of her honorifics in hundreds of React videos: This is Our Majesty Floor Jansen, First of her Name, Goddess of the Valkyrs, Highly Queen of the Vikings, THE Lady of Nightwish, the House Band of the Gods of Asgard, Chosen Ones of Odin ,Protector of our Metal Realm Long may she reign She raises her hand and commands an 80k+ crowd with her incredible presence and power. Just with a wave of her hand. A member of the Nightwish Army once said: The old gods of Asgard sent Floor Jansen down from the heavenly heights as their gift to Nightwish. They sent them armed with a sword in one hand and a microphone in the other. And yes, I personally believe that's how it happened. There is nothing more to say about this Greetings from Germany the lady

I saw the band in Antwerp (Belgium) in November 2022, they were phenominal, not a speck of decay in their performance, even better now, they radiate more maturity. I will never forget this performance🤟🏻🤟🏻🎶🎶

Since this is your first Nightwish reaction, it is my duty to give you the [updated] short history of the band concentrated by Ann Waychoff, one of the biggest Nightwish fan who has since passed away (and I am doing this in her memory):
" Nightwish was started in 1996.They are considered a Symphonic Metal band, with a female main singer.
So be prepared. lol "
For an extended set of suggestion (with links), I just posted 2 huge comments in the community tab in my main YT channel: www.youtube.com/@gabriel.bardac/community

Gabriel, long time no see but it's good to see you! Thank you for the history and information, we greatly appreciate it. I'll check out your community tab posts for song suggestions or at least the links to songs based off the recommendations here in this video. Keep up the good work General!
@@Killermcknight Hello again. I looked for your first reaction to Nightwish, and I found the second one :)) I'm glad that you thought it appropriate to introduce Queen Taylor with a song suitable for her opening to this musical genre
🤘
She's magical, she's the gift to mankind, she's the One. Nothing less.
You mean, of course, killermcknight's girlfriend?
Definitely gotta show her Storytime next. It’s definitely time… for a Story. 🤘🏻🙂 She’ll love it. Great reaction!
I won't just like this. I'll go so far as to comment :) Yes, Definitely Storytime from the same concert.
Or the Buenos Aires “I want my tears back”, which she’ll most likely enjoy very much as well
Nightwish !!! Never a bad song ! Greetings from nwse Sweden
Next up for your girlfriend, Phantom of the Opera by Nightwish with Floor and Henk Poort, who actually had played the Phantom on the Dutch stage: th-cam.com/video/TM23gaT4zkY/w-d-xo.html
Before the pandemic messed everything up, Floor and Henk had appeared together on a Dutch TV show where they performed the Phantom duet.
@@Killermcknight I must agree with Bill here. :)
I concur
I'm listening to Nightwish for 24 years now and i'm still watching their live songs with open mouth and smile.
I'm listening just 21 years, and everytime and every song is like the first time, same feeling, same reaction, same joy...
I’m listening to NW for 1 year now and wondering why I wasted the last 23 years listening to anything else.
@@Pymander I discovered Nightwish completely by chance. Certainly, it's not thanks to the radio or the television...
@@jerrymail which is a damn shame. They should be winning Grammys.
So when I will become 96 I will still be listening to Nightwish. There's no escape?
Hail to the Queen, the Poet, the Riff-maker, the Groove master, the Piper of Heaven and to the Beat Lord ! Nightwish Army Italy present !
Hallowed are their names. 🙏
🤩👌💥💯🎼
Nicely saved with last time possible:
"She's not a Nordic Princess, She's A Queen!" 😹 👍

Welcome to the Nightwish Army!!!!! YOU ARE NOT READY FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!!
Oh my God you guys are so cute!! The excited glance over to see her reaction for that last note was everything I love about reaction videos.
Also a reason for me to react on, for me, new reactor's . That is also addictive!🤣🤣🤣
Thank you so much!!
In Wacken 2013 in this comcert over 82 000 people
Yes, again 2 souls are taken by our Dutch Valkyrie Goddes of Metal, more Floor Jansen, watch the beste zangers 2019, she sings in different styles and different languages..
Welcome young lady to the magical world of Nightwish and Floor Jansen, The Goddess Voice of Heaven and Earth. Enjoy your journey.
A brilliant list!
Paul 🙏😊👍❤️
We've seen them sing this song live 3 times! Just out of this world
That's awesome!
I will be forever jealous of you! 🤩🤩🤩
Floor and Simone from Epica. Stabat Mater Delarosa live. It's an Epica performance and I think your lady will love it.
Enjoy the journey, saw them live in Minneapolis last year, unreal band and performance, Floorgasms galore! Great reaction!
Thanks Tood, Appreciate it!
Tuomas Holopainen (keyboards) is behind these beautiful Nightwish songs ❤
Nightwish ❤
Thank you Richard! It's good to see you again!
You two can do more Nightwish with Floor together👍🏻
Yes please.
I concur !
As you mentioned Epica , there is an outstanding performance/song of them ( feat. Floor J.) called Sankta Terra , with orchestra and choir , a must hear !
Hi there great reaction
NW is best served live
Greetings from Sweden
Hey, thanks!
The next has to be Storytime... She will love it... then maybe Bless the Child from the same show!!! She will looove them both... and they are in the same ballpark.of Ghost love score!
IF she doesn't like rock/metal, maybe the NW song " Shoemaker" might be something she would like?
Yes! i love this song, live it's even better imo.
noted thank you! We are making a list of recommendations from the comments on this video and we will definitely take into consideration some videos to do moving forward.
@@Killermcknight the live version from Hellfest 2022 is quite good.
Otherwise the official lyrics video works
Nightwish Army Southwest Michigan Division checking in. Great reaction, and I am looking forward to following you as you continue to discover more from Nightwish.
I love watching new listeners to Nightwish! Keep it up! Every song is different!!
Thank you for the reaction. Maybe you should check out Nightwish "Phantom of the opera" live at Ziggo dome. Just count how long she holds the note at the end...
I concur!
Thanks Marco! Added!
I concur!
Enjoy Nightwish, it's not only metal
She´s dutch, loved this reaction.
Thank you so much!
our dutch pride Floor Jansen is a soprano, with an ambitus of more than three octaves (C3 to F6). Her singing style varies from opera and clean singing to screaming and grunting. She usually sings in English, but she has also sung songs in Dutch, German, Spanish, Finnish, Latin, Italian and Swedish.
the dutch warrior princess, will cature you with her voice...
Greetings from Connecticut. Great reaction to this epic song by Nightwish and Floor Jansen the Valkyrie Goddess. Killer your girlfriend had it right. "She is a Queen" Enjoy your Nightwish journey.
Both Floor Jansen from Nightwish and Simone Simons from Epica are from my country The Netherlands. How proud could i be !
In that sentense you have to add Sharon den Adell from Within Temptation, another fantastic singer and band.
To get a link back to Nightwish, take a look at the song Paradise, from WT, where Tarja Turunnen is guestsinger.
Our 6'1" VALKYRIE Queen Warrior of Metal !!!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Only two words. Great reaction. 🤘🤘greetings from nothern Germany
Thank you 🙌
@@Killermcknight Man, can you please show her Epica as well?
@@Killermcknight Thanks man. Looking forward to it. 🙂
OH MY GOD, YOU GUYS ARE SO ADORABLE TOGETHER!!!
😊😊 thank you!!
This is how we play music in Finland.😉 Nightwish is masterclass and beyond. Thank you!👍
To see Simone and Floor being together brilliant check out Epica with Sancta Terra
I believe the phrase you are looking for is 'like an angel flying over a battlefield'.
Nightwish is one of the few bands that actually sound better live than in the studio. I was lucky enough to get to see them last year and they really are that good. Maybe go through the whole concert together? The whole thing is just amazing!!
nice reaction guys :)
best to watch sabaton - christmas truce after this one :P and dont miss the end ;)
This is the 13th song of a 15 song set so the stamina is amazing , amazing vocals and respect for the drummer they dont get respect very much . Bought this live album as soon as i heard this .
Before Revamp, she was in After Forever. Dreamflight live would be a good start.
The Valkyrie is talented beyond mortals. She gives floorgasms.
I was realy there with over 100k other metalheads and it was absolute amazing wacken is an festival over 4 days and the complete show from Nightwish was over hours 😊
For her epica with floor doing sancta terra
You are absolutely right, they are gold live!
Just saw them in Amsterdam and Vienna, felt like the luckiest girl alive ❣️
Nothing beats seeing a first reaction to the Valkery queen and Nightwish. 🤘👍😁
Floor Jansen, vocalist of Nightwish, The Queen of Symphonic Metal 👑, The Dutch Valkyrie Goddess 🙏 Hallowed be her name 🙏
You both are a good couple. Show her more Nightwish songs. She will like it and….what a beauty, you’re a lucky man 😊
Thanks so much!
Goooooosebumps every time 🤘🏻
This song is the definition of epic! One of the greatest rock songs ever, IMHO.
Every time I hear Ghost Love Score it gives me goose bumps.
Nightwish Army Germany reports for Duty:
Great Reaction !! I think our Queen captured another soul….:-)
It never gets old to see people freeze when our Queen starts to sing….
About Ghost Love Score:
Standing solid as a World Pillar around which the planet revolves, Floor hits "The Note," the crowd loses their shit, the band tears a hole in the fabric of Space-Time, and 82,000 people will never, ever be the same again.
I'm a 60 yo Dutch woman who had never heard anything to do with metal before that, coming to realize that symphonic metal, Nightwish and Floor were the kind of music I had been longing for for all of my life without knowing it!
Bit of a shock to be honest. But soooo good! LOL
That's so awesome! Thank you for sharing that!
Floor has no equal. But if she does, I want to hear it!
Thank you so much! That is very kind of you!
Wait til see sees more NW but especially more Floor Beste Zangers and solo stuff.
Thank you so much!!
No matter how heavy or light they are they always have their signature aspects. It's still very well structured, rhythmic, orchestrated, seemless transitions, and so artistic. It's not just heavy
What is amazing about this performance is this song was about their 12th. She, at that time, was only with them a couple of months. Also this was performed in front approximately 80 k screaming Nightwish fans.
yeah that's incredible..
Ten months, not just two.
👋🇮🇹🖖
I would recommend two Floor Jansen duets with fellow Dutch singers. Simone Simons (Epica) singing Sancta Terra and Henk Port singing Phantom Of The Opera from the Beste Zangers show. Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber described Henk Port as the best Phantom that he has heard.
and she was only 10 months with nightwish so thats how she good is and had to learn the full list of songs in 48hrs and follow the list Gabriel gave you
I love watching someone experience their first floorgasm... Keep this in mind every Nightwish song is like layers of an onion a song within a song
and just like that, another Nightwish fan was born.
Symphonic metal!
😊🇫🇮💙🪄🎼✨💯🤘
Edit. 'Nordic Princess' that is so true 🤘😁👍💙🇫🇮
This song and Poet and the pendulum by Nightwih are amazing!
Yes yes, please more with your Wife :)
Welcome, to Nightwish. :) Here is my list for you......but first.....
Floor Jansen (pronounced Yansen) who is actually Dutch and the 3rd of the bands lead singers.
By the way....she is 6'1" and known as the Valkyrie Goddess.
Marco - Bass and vocals (wait until you hear him sing with Floor and solo....)
This band is going to rock your world dude.
Emppu - Lead guitar
(jokester and very deliberative in his playing)
Jukka on drums, but had to stop due to insomnia (but is still behind the scenes with Nightwish), new drummer is Kai who was the drummer with Wintersun.
Tuomas - keyboards and main songwriter/choreographer for Nightwish aka genius. :)
And Troy, who you will see trust me, as he is vocals/flute/woodwind/bagpipes/you name it lol. :)

Hi, beautiful reaction
Thank you so much 🙂
you could always do Epica- Sancta Tera w/guest singer Floor (live retrospect concert). It's not too heavy and it has Floor. Also the name Floor is similar Flower when translated, like naming someone rose or lily.
Marco the bassist does an amazing cover of Pink Floyd's "High Hopes "
Saw Nightwish on their tour last year. The last two songs were Ghost Love Score and Greatest Show on Earth, Ghost is 11 mins long and Greatest is 20 mins long. Try Epica Sancta Terra live as Floor is a guest singer.
Her first floorgasme
I tried to capture it in the edit lol just mouth open in awe!
You guys need to react to The phantom of the opera from Amsterdan this year. And Shoemaker from Hellfest last year. There we can talk about Floor singing like crazy.
🙂 noted!
Etherical angelic opera metal I would say .....
Saw them in Chicago last summer. Incredible live!
Rock on!
Definitely my favorite song from Floors time with NW. She is an incredible vocalist, but the band is quite accomplished in their own right. Great reaction
Great reaction !
You two are the sweetest.
Nightwish Army South Germany Division
Hello Killermcknight and Queen Taylor ...Our Boss, Commander-in-Chief and General of the Nightwish Army Gabriel Bardac has already told you the most important things.
It only remains for me to say a warm welcome to the wonderful world of symphonic metal and at the same time welcome as a new recruit to the ranks of the Nightwish Army.
You've just seen and heard her, who is named by her fans worldwide in the sum of her honorifics in hundreds of React videos:
This is Our Majesty Floor Jansen, First of her Name, Goddess of the Valkyrs, Highly Queen of the Vikings, THE Lady of Nightwish, the House Band of the Gods of Asgard, Chosen Ones of Odin ,Protector of our Metal Realm
Long may she reign
She raises her hand and commands an 80k+ crowd with her incredible presence and power.
There is nothing more to say about this
Greetings from Germany
the lady
Love it!
Please, give her all the songs from Wacken 2013 concert and the later concerts' songs too.

They were on tour in the U.S. and Canada last April/May. I was fortunate to get to photograph one of the shows, and they are indeed beyond incredible live. Few bands manage to produce the quality of their live shows
I saw the band in Antwerp (Belgium) in November 2022, they were phenominal, not a speck of decay in their performance, even better now, they radiate more maturity. I will never forget this performance🤟🏻🤟🏻🎶🎶
