If you don’t have any fever or local redness then nothing to worry . Take sitz bath to reduce pain. If you can’t bear the pain then please check with the doctor once . I can understand your emotions. Hello srividya, it takes time to heal inner stitches . If you have fever , continues throbbing pain then there is possibility of infection otherwise nothing to worry
