Thanks for the update, Henry! Been praying for you. Sorry to hear about the damage to your eye but am glad that otherwise, you seem to be recovering well. If it doesn't heal over time, ask your optometrist about having surgery on it. Anyway, looking forward to more of your reactions!
You look so much better and your voice sounds stronger. Since you are young and generally healthy, I hope the healing progresses well. So sad to hear about the itching - hope that decreases every day. I have had a substantial difference in the vision in my eyes since birth, and cannot watch things in 3-D or IMAX or unusual formats without getting a headache and nausea. But otherwise, I see more with my dominant eye and don’t often notice. If necessary, if your scar tissue remains, maybe in the future, you can have the eye treated surgically and the scar tissue removed, like people do for cataracts. That would require an ophthalmologist, and there are sub-specialties to treat the exact area in the eye, like for problems in the retina, vitreous, neurological, etc. Am looking forward to your reaction to Brief Encounter. Stay positive!
Thank you 🙏🏻 If you're not comfortable watching 3D or "First Person Point of View" videos, then that may be simulator sickness. I have a bit of that too. Oh, I apologize. Brief Encounter is only available on Patreon. Initially, this update video was meant to be only on Patreon, so I mentioned Brief Encounter. Thanks for your well wishes 😊
By the time I was in my teens, my optometrist informed me that my eyes were perfectly heathy. They were just no good for seeing. I'm nearsighted and I have astigmatism. And my eyes refuse to work together. The last one doesn't surprise me much. It's just part of my contrary nature. Your eye may heal over time. You'd be surprised if I told you about people I know whose bodies found ways to compensate for losses. Just one. My brother in law had to have a lung removed but within 2 years his existing lung more than doubled in size and capacity. You never know.

Hope you're doing ok. You still have so many great movie classics to react to! 😁

I hope everything works out.

I'm nearsighted with astigmatism too! 😂
Yeah, I do hope it heals over time. That's one amazing thing we can do. We adapt 👍🏻
