I am beyond any words to express how do I feel after I have just watch your video. It is so relevant to my condition with my hips that it feels like it was made for me. I have found this channel few days ago and saw how valuable it is. You explain everything so well. I heard about my hip extensors and abductors before and knew something was very wrong there that made it hard to walk better
but I have never understood it. Now I finally do. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for this video, very informative. I wanted to know is these exercises safe for mild hip osteoporosis individuals such as myself? I’m 31 and found out recently of this diagnosis after a year of thinking it was a pinched nerve from several pain management Drs and orthopedic surgeons. Thank you in advance for your time/response.

We bring corn bread to family gatherings and everybody loves it. A little butter on a slice and sometimes even some pancake syrup, yummy😊

Hello, great information. I have been struggling to find answers to what has been going on with my gait and feet. I have seen soo many people trying to find out what is going on and I even ended up having surgery on my right foot(tarsal coalition), and I am still having issues and have no answers. I am pretty sure now that I am overpronating causing flat feet. Not sure but thinking it could be related to something in my hips maybe(hip flexors, TFL, glutes, etc) I am in desperate need of help and some answers. Do you have any ideas of what I could do to figure this out. I have seen a PT and he said it was posterior chain defect. Thanks
