This was so good. The Haunted Cosmos podcast guys say the world is not just stuff. We aren't stardust. We are creations and we matter to the Creator. So does all the "stuff" in the world. Thank you for taking us along!

I’m just amazed at this work guys and the discussion on friendship hit me particularly hard as I listened. Praise God for a friendship Tolkien and Lewis shared and between all you gents too. It’s a blessing to watch and listen to your talks and keep it going! Blessings on you and thanks to all those who helped in the production too!

This was brilliant - thank-you! It was great to tour Oxford with you and to see the places that Lewis knew. You are great guides!

Have to comment on your superb audio quality. There was so much content to enjoy and meditate upon and never once did I get distracted by volume or sound issues. Super sound AND visual editing. AND camera work. Congrats to the entire team. You are all artists doing God's work. Thank you.

I am sorry to say that I could not disagree more. In fact, I came to Comments to complain about it. It's as annoying to me as anything could be. It's what I consider Christian muzak, and it only gets in the way. I ask the tech people who did this otherwise wonderful program whether they can drop the muzak altogether or at least cut its volume by 1/2 to 2/3.
The muzak contributes nothing, and is so off-putting I came close on several occasions to just leaving before the time for the program had expired.

Absolutely amazing! I learned so much - THANK YOU for making this available…I’m always having to sit up a little higher to catch a little of the conversations that go over my head but it’s always so worth it to listen to you guys. And this was incredible! I’m about to start the Space Trilogy - once I finish the 3rd book of the Rings series. I’m determined to read more Tolkien and Lewis before I leave the planet!😂

I very much enjoy and appreciate your podcasts and this pilgrimage through Oxford is great! In your discussions with dr. Ward I did miss something though that is vital for me. In the Abolition of Man the sentence "The cardinal problem for the wise men of old was how to conform the soul to reality ...... and the solution had been wisdom, self-control, virtue" is followed by "For magic and applied science alike the problem is how to subdue reality to the wishes of men: the solution is a technique".
Dr Ward does mention "technique" but I miss the "subdue reality to the wishes of men" -> so the total reversal of priorities, with now man very much in the centre instead of God.
Usually dr Ward's teaching is very clear and helpful, eg also in podcasts on the importance of Imagination ...

You're too generous to Rev Head! I'm not putting him down when I say he wasn't on Lewis' intellectual level. Very few have been.

It’s worth pointing out that C S Lewis was a High Church Anglican who had much more in common with Catholicism and Orthodoxy than Evangelicalism

Up to a point. He wasn’t a great Pope man, as shown by Merlin’s appeal to the leaders of Britain and Europe when dialoging with Ransom in THAT HIDEOUS STRENGTH - Lords, King, Emperor - but no Pope! He disliked ritual, didn’t care for Marian doctrines … sorry, but your music is MOST unsuitable … CSL loved Holst’s PLANETS …hint?

Lewis said that he was not a “high church” Anglican
