- The man accused of driving while intoxicated and crashing into a nail salon on Long Island, killing four people, appeared in court Monday while family members of victims spoke out. CBS New York's Carolyn Gusoff and Jennifer McLogan report.

What a horrible tragedy. One can only hope that the victims passed suddenly and hopefully didn't suffer.
Shame on the driver. He is to serve and protect, and he did the opposite. I live in the community, and the people who live here say that there is a Stop and Shop across the street. He was there trying to buy more beer. The manager asked him to leave. He was mad that he was going across the street to get more alcohol. If he had money for alcohol, he should have saved that money and gotten an apartment. Now, he can be a permanent resident at the jail. I hope he rot in jail! Very sad for my community,

I have over a million miles of road behind me. I often drive through the night. But well rested. I come across insane accidents where I've had to pull people out of wrecks.
