Yeah +1. I watched a bunch of the cross and saw an authenticity. Via ChatGPT, for manslaughter (crime of passion) the key points are...
Provocation: The defendant must have been provoked.
Heat of Passion: The provocation must have been such that it would cause a reasonable person to act rashly, without due deliberation, and from passion rather than judgment.
No Cooling Off Period: There must not have been a sufficient cooling off period between the provocation and the killing for the person to regain their composure.

@hooaah5561You do realize that for killing people to be considered a "crime of passion" the killing must have taken "during the moment of extreme emotional distress" and that there must be an element of "provocation" by the victim, right? He wasn't "provoked" by anyone. He installed an app on his daughter's iPad so he could listen in on what was happening in his estranged wife's apartment, which is a massive invasion of privacy. Through HIS OWN ACTIONS, he heard a man's voice. He then decided to grab his gun, get in his car, drive to her apartment and kill her and her friend. He had time to think about what he wanted to do, which is why this was no where near being a crime of passion.
You learn something new everyday, right?

Majority of ppl in prison were all under the influence while they committed the crime . Very rare that they were sober . Ted bundy even said it. He said every single time he killed a woman it was when he was drunk that he couldn’t make himself go that far sober . He would fantasize about it but not do it . And as soon as he drank he made his fantasy come true he was also a narcissist tho . They’ve proven there is a narcissist glare which is dark eyes no white can be seen . Women who survived Ted bundy said they couldn’t see any white in his .

I know everyone is entitled to a defense, but to defend someone that admits to abusing his wife mentally, physically and emotionally, did little to no work in getting help & to feel no remorse is beyond me. Now he has plenty of time on his hands in jail to make notations to himself as he did when he was abusing Ana. My sincere condolences to Ana/Ray family & friends! 💐🕊️
