you should have a serrated edge slicer for getting a "cleaner" slice. That with nice long strokes with the blade you'll get a cleaner edge through the bark on a well cooked brisket

I use “The Texas Best Rib Rub” by heaven made products on my ribs and for Briskets, I’m still working on a blend and will share soon after it’s proven out. Quick tip, cant go wrong with 16 mesh black pepper and Diamond Kosher salt. Great blend that works every time. Hope this helps
