    This is one of those channels that is so good, even when it is not a device you own or contemplate owning, or maybe not even a cook you are ever interested in doing, you still have to watch it for the general educational and entertainment value. And when it IS a topic you want to know about, BONANZA, you get educated and entertained all at once……..!

    Yes Sir Great Wrap Job. That brisket was impressive tender but didnt crumble apart. Very Impressive. Happy Halloween 🎃

    you should have a serrated edge slicer for getting a "cleaner" slice. That with nice long strokes with the blade you'll get a cleaner edge through the bark on a well cooked brisket

I use “The Texas Best Rib Rub” by heaven made products on my ribs and for Briskets, I’m still working on a blend and will share soon after it’s proven out. Quick tip, cant go wrong with 16 mesh black pepper and Diamond Kosher salt. Great blend that works every time. Hope this helps
