Richard, If you go to your local auto supply store you can get a small Ratchet tool where you can change head and is small enough to use inside your track-tube metal. It would be easier to tighten in those tough spots. When I get a chance I will share a picture. It’s very slim and think you can benefit from it.
It would be nice to be able to put a rubber cap at the end of the metal and yes it can become a storage space.

Hello Richard. On your tracking ur putting on each end. Next time take some grease and dab it on the head of the bolts and set the tracks up to it and it will transfer it to where you want to drill. Quick fast. And works great. Or if you have some house paint dab it on the bolt.

To transfer a center for a threaded hole you can buy transfers screws, which look like a set screw, but have a ground point. You install them put the pice you need to mark up against them and give the piece a whack. You now have a center pint to place the drill on. And, I’d have drilled the access hole for the wrenches.

Not surprised you are modifying it, just one idea, add a small wood guide in front and behind the T-bolt to help align with the T-track, also add
another piece on your jig for alignment along the outer edge of the tracktube, doing this you shouldn't need to remove the knob every time. I did this on a jig and it's just drop in and tighten, have drawing if needed.

Just use the panel trim molding jig and slide it away from the fence and use it as the crown jig. 2 jigs in one! You will never have to remove the bolts from the jig as you can just loosen the knobs and slip it off. Until you cut through it. But hey, just cut some extras and you never have to worry about it.
    Great video as always.

Thanks. I just like it. Especially now after using it for about a month. It’s amazing. Not sure why a finish guy wouldn’t see the value in it. Is it expensive? Yes for sure. But that aside, this is what I’ve dreamed of for years. I’m a rugged guy and I’m hard on my stuff. This is the only thing I see holding up for years that actually has every feature I want. I’d give my right arm for that setup. That’s the Cadillac if saw stands imo. I’ve only ever seen them on demos. Never actually used one but aside from the cost i personally don’t see how that’s not any finish guys dream setup. The height adjustment you could set it up to support the back of your table saw and rip 16’ stock by yourself easily, just endless possibilities imo plus who wouldn’t want all that extra bench space. Mount you a nice little surge protector multi outlet and I’d have every tool I own working off of that bench. Awesome setup. Always keep improving or your falling behind!!!!
