my favourite seasoning for deviled eggs is adding curry powder, smokey spicy paprika and a pinch (per amnt) of sumak - the purple tangy spice into the yolk mixture and it does wonders to elevate it
This looks great, although the inner Brit in me winces whenever I heard Salisbury pronounced like that, I get it's probably just how it's said in the US, but forever niggles at me mind 😆
I used to eat that Salisbury steak dinner back when frozen meals came in an aluminum tray and took forever in the regular oven. If there are any laying around after the aPOPalypse ; they'll probably still be edible and taste the same.
The salt comes from the meat. " if meat appears saltier after extended cooking, it's likely because the salt naturally present in the meat has concentrated as moisture evaporates from the meat during the long cooking process, making the remaining salt more noticeable in the final product. "
The Burgoo reminds of the Polish dish, Bigos, or Hunter's Stew. Thanks for the funny collab. Will BaBish have guests (past chefs) for a Thanksgiving extravaganza? You know the rules. Everyone makes a dish

Hamburg steak was invented in Hamburg, Germany. In the days before refrigerated shipping, only the wealthy could afford steak. The poorer folks bought cheaper cuts of beef, had it ground and shaped it into vaguely steak looking patties. When German immigrants came to America where beef was cheaper, they started making smaller patties and serving it on a bun as a quick lunch sandwich. Guess what that was called.

Clever, but it almost certainly came from either the “questionable” beef (likely vac-pak’d in a saline solution) or one of the set/culinary assistants salted it at some point during the simmer and no one fessed up

It's actually excellent and takes 14 seconds to make. Would recommend. We watch this channel together and both were very excited to see the george dip packets
They have food grade diatomaceous earth. Also I've heard of mineral clay they sell as a vitamin supplement. A teaspon mixed with a pitcher of water would count as dirty water.
Im just surprised that there's now 2 FO76 cooking videos on this channel back to back that uses FO4 footage. Also, im using my fallout fan powers to bump a comment from last video that asked for the stroganoff from symphogear. Thank you for actually reading this comment if you did.
The salty taste is from the MSG / & small amount of salts in the tomatoes & beef. Same reason very reduced stocks / demi has a salty flavor even before adding salt.
6:51 is gin really strong enough for this infusion? I was under the impression you needed something closer to everclear to properly dissolve the plant matter, but maybe that's just for tinctures.
