Never learned Brazilians in school but I know they're a huge money maker. This video changes everything for me. I'm going to use clear silicone mats and lay them over paper with the image drawn on so the wax doesn't remove the marker.
We weren’t thought these in school, they were briefly talked about, we went off campus to watch one be done and that was it. This is so extremely helpful,I am so worried about hurting someone
Loved the video and instruction. My only question would be about your body position. Would you be standing behind the clients legs or in front of and how do you "get out of your own way"?
I am an Aesthetician who greatly appreciated this video. We were taught with soft wax and the strip. I'm efficient however I am not a fan; especially when I'm working on myself. I bought some hard wax and was looking for a tutorial, and found you. Thank you so much for sharing your tips, tricks, and your demonstrations.
Hi, thank you for the video! I have two questions. 1. How many days or weeks do you have to wait between Brazilian waxes? 2. Can you use 100% aloe vera gel as a moisturizer after waxing?
This might be an odd question but, I have never gone in for a Brazilian just because it feels a little weird to be legs sprawled out & having something that I'm sure is super painful done... are there ways you ladies go a out making clients feel more comfortable since it is such a private part of the body?
Thank you for this video! This was my second time waxing my face, arms, stomach, full legs, and Brazilian at home to save money. It took 2 days to finish 😂 I used your tutorial to help make a game plan but I struggle with applying the wax on myself in the tough to reach areas like where the perineum is. I’m going to try Mermaid wax and see if it’s a better experience as well because the one I use is from Amazon and it’s super stringy.
You're a dream waxer, I've had a couple good people but only 1 that seemed to work like you but she left to have a baby and be a stay at home mum so I lost her. I wish you were in Sydney, Australia. Mainly I want to thank you for such great videos as I had given up on waxing after being burned and ripped apart 1 too many times. I want to start doing it at home but i've only managed 1 Brazilian on myself which took hours thx to microwave wax I kept having to reheat and not knowing what I was doing which made me put it off doing again. But your videos are so detailed and thorough, so im much more confident about it. Sry its sooo long.
I Love Mermaid Wax, I was wondering do you have a tutorial for manillian? Do you have favorite waxes for different areas of the body and types of hair? what are they? Thank you!

Hi, So I waxed myself for the first time. Safe to say it was a disaster. Should have watched your videos first. The issue I'm having is getting it to lay smooth. The body isn't as smooth as the silicone above so how do you get it smooth? (There was a lot of cracking). Especially with this area as there's a lot of skin. Also I hadn't been for a wax in a few months so my hairs were relatively long, do you think that plays a part? (I can probably do it more often now that I have a set at home.) If possible could you do a tutorial on how to self do a brazillian/hollywood (preferably hollywood) if that is okay. (Sorry for the length and bajillion questions) and thank you for the tutorial!
The length of hair will definitely play a part! It's best to wax with between 3-6 weeks of hair growth. The type/brand of wax is extremely important as well! Some brands will cool very fast which makes them break easily. I would definitely recommend a more elastic type of hard wax.
Waxing yourself is a lot different than waxing a client. With a client you can manipulate the skin and make it smooth when you're applying the wax. When you wax yourself areas that would be flatter or smoother are now scrunched up or rolled over
Your example is as if your looking down at your own body parts, is that only for example purposes or should you actually address from the angle they look from ? Or do you sit faced their body parts and address them
does the water take a look and usually go over what they are going to do when you first get to an appointment?? I wanna try this so bad but i’m nervous bc as a lady knows you’re trusting someone with your vaginal area completely

Do you have any tips for really stubborn hair? Some clients I can't get some hair to lift even after 2 passes...but I don't want to sensitize the area and keep laying strips. Usually I just tweeze but I find certain clients have the type of hair that is just difficult to get in one or two strips. I love your Poseidon formula btw :) my personal fav for quick wax services
The best thing I can recommend is to make sure you're applying A LOT of pressure when laying the wax strip. Then once you're ready to remove the strip, pull with everything in you! Only other thing is to make sure you're cleansing the skin very well prior to waxing so the wax can adhere to the hair properly. Hope this helps!
Poseidon works great if you use the "Strip and Rip" method- lay one strip at a time and remove it immediately. However, if you leave a strip on for too long then yes it will absolutely break. :)
Thank you so so much, I didn’t get to practice Brazilians at school and this is so helpful, I am way more comfortable and confident in trying these now, thank you🤍
where I'm being taught to wax I'm being told to apply the wax softly but I've seen so many tutorials say to apply hard. I have a nicer application when I apply softly but I believe applying harder results in less wax needing to be used to clean up afterwards?
Im working at European and my trainer is teaching me really differently from this. Even the labia part where you said they told you to break it up into two section is just one long one now. One pull. Buut your way makes more sense. Application is also different. Maybe it depends on the trainer.
I think I rip off the strips giving tension to the opposite side but most of the time I found a laceration on the labia.. Is it because of not enough tension? What could I practice for it?
Hm, I would recommend giving tension on the side where you're pulling the wax from, like I do in this video. Most likely it's because there wasn't enough tension.
