Man sentenced to 10 years for I-5 road rage shooting | FOX 13 Seattle

A judge in King County Superior Court sentenced 21-year-old Francisco Castro-Guzman to 10 years in prison for a freeway shooting that paralyzed a driver almost two years ago. Castro-Guzman of Federal Way, pleaded guilty earlier this month to charges of assault, drive-by shooting, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Justice System doesnt exist in Washington State. That blue state will think the sentence was too severe. Guzman will be out in 5 years and ready to do it over again. Rinse and repeat until things change for WA.
