All variations:
- bottom to middle
- bottom to top
- top to middle

Handstand rate exercise
there s so many exercises like plank that doesn t need to be on this list but thing like presses in easier variations or fl pull ups aren t there?
Also where is the chin up and hollowbody with additional weight on your legs? Chin up is better than pull up for front lever strength because your arm goes in the exact same direction in these two exercises. It should have been precisely said that the wider grip you use in pull up, the less it has in common with front lever.
How about hips to bar?
Who the hell learns front lever with straddle ? 😅

@@lanternface9241 cause spamming negative full front is way better than trying holds with straddle
@@lanternface9241it is fine, for front lever it's certainly not nearly as needed as for planche and I think it's because front is easier and has overall more accesible effective progressions.
Front lever tutorial pls
You don't necessarily need a tutorial. I attained the full front lever in just three months. Simply purchase resistance bands of 35kg, 25kg, and 15kg, and begin holding positions while counting seconds per set. Additionally, incorporate dragon flag presses into your routine.

Just do one arm pullups and front lever pulls and you are good to go, everything else is for free really.
