This is not just a front lever as a skill. The editing as a skill needs to be praised as well! Very well executed my guy It's like what I always say: "Learning new skills is like acquiring new tools. That skyscraper didn't come out of nowhere." Keep learning 🔥
Why do I keep finding these hidden gems! I’m certainly not complaining, awesome work dude! The editing and organization was flawless, and your detail on the progression helped me understand it so much better; not to mention the stretching and warmup breakdown was very helpful, since no one else mentions it. Can’t wait to see more! 💪
I absolutely love your videos man, I was worried you quit YT for a while there but it's great to have you back. You're a motivation to others. Even in your editing I can see you're using animation technique you learnt in your previous video. Keep up the good work man. Love from 🇳🇬
Fantastic work from top to bottom. The editing and your voice made it pleasant well done! I know this is somewhat of an insignificant question but what editing software do you use? And did you teach yourself? Also what made you get into/discover calisthenics! It’s still niche and love hearing peoples stories
Man this is inspirational , I'm working on my front lever too , I almost had it but then I injured my shoulder and my lower back , so I'm trying to get it back and improve upon it!
Dude this is honestly one of my fav videos of all time, the editing and quality is just so good, and amazing work for the front lever, I'm working on getting the front lever too
Man I was just looking up how to animate for the hell of it and found that video of yours, but I wasn't expecting such a relatable, high quality video like this one. I hope you are out there keeping it up and learning new things!
5:20 This happens due to not having strong enough lats. Keeping pelvis in a neutral position (or even a little apt) is the right thing to do. Having a Ppt will give you the "hollow body" which isn't a straight position. False grip actually results to less leverage.( Smaller distance between the end of your arms and your scapulas.
Bro who are you?!?!!? Wasn't expecting such high quality production at all. You absolutely blew my mind!! Great work and effort man keep going never stop ❤
Good to see another new video from you man, you've seriously got some talent for this and I think that really reflects in the quality of your uploads. Keep killing it.
