My experience with my fibro is that I have to do my own research about what vitamins that I should test for before I ask my doctor. I had to ask for vitamin D3 testing with my regular blood panel work but next time I'm going to ask to test for B12, B9 and possibly magnesium and selenium (If they can be arsed to do this). I just don’t see how a saliva test can be more telling of deficiencies in the body than a blood or cellular test…🤔. As for caffeine, I can’t tolerate very much at all…just a little dark chocolate for me…the critical vitamins/minerals for Fibro patients are vitamin D3/K2, magnesium, B1, potassium, and a good sea salt to keep cells/muscles in your body functioning at their peak.

What kind of DNA test did you get and how do you get tested? Does regular state insurance cover this?
