What other veggies do you think would work? Asparagus?

I actually haven’t tried asparagus yet!…but bell pepper, jalapeños, Jerusalem artichoke, Bok Choy, celerely, tomatoes, some lettuce, leeks, beet greens, carrot greens, radish greens , cabbage… there’s a lot to grow and experiment with… have fun😊👍
