- Hello #GGSquad, How are you? This casual & chatty vlog is about my trip to Pondicherry! I show you where I stayed, what I ate (almost) and some places I visited. This was a very chill trip where I couldn't tick everything off my checklist but everything I did was so good (nothing that I regret).
So grab some snacks and enjoy :)

Activa RentI rented an activa for 3 days from High Five Scooter Rent
Our hotel arranged it for us
Cost: 1500 for 3 days (as he picked and dropped activa directly at/from hotel)
Our hotel Le Pondy is 12.5 kms far from White Town. So it was quite a task to travel back and forth but the resort was pretty, so worth all the hassle. Perfect for families!
Cost of Le Pondy per night (With breakfast): Rs. 10,620

Iam South Indian.. When I went to Kashmir I was searching for idli dosa in Srinagar... Likewise u are searching choke bhature in southern most part of the country...

Pooja, why would you go to pondicherry and explore north Indian food? I think you should explore food as per the region. Pondicherry is a French colony and you should explore French food.

I feel so nostalgic!!! I'm a student of Pondicherry University and I miss everything about Pondy. Because of the pandemic I'm still at home attending the classes online. But I'm literally dying to get back to my second home. 😭😭

For Chai.. There is an amazing place names as Bombay corner, it's in white town near promenade beach.. Its not a cafe, it's like a road side very small shop.. But there tea and vada pav taste delicious 😍

U went Pondicherry n had all common , simple bakery items which is known to everyone,it looks foolish , funny to c Ur food choices, nothing was good n unique, overall Ur video is not suitable as a food vlogger u need to learn ,Ur own personal video is good which is not important in this food vlog video ,

Bahut costly hai. 90% of your subscribers belong to middle class. Kuch lower budget ka hotel suggest lar dete

Dr. S. Choudhury just because yall or most of her subscribers can’t afford it doesn’t mean she shouldn’t enjoy. moreover she never asked yall to compulsorily stay there or promote that place. she was just showing her room. it’s her trip , her life , her money. let the girl live man
There is a ton. Simillar to Goa. Look at Auroville..just about 10km from Pondy.
You can stay at places she's staying, or look up beach shacks.
I remember staying at shacks for rs. 100 a day.
There was also a time 16 of us hired a tree house (Tree Suite?) For like 2k a day excluding meals
But ya, it's become touristy. Food is super expensive unless you're eating from local joints.
Also..most locals speak French and English. Don't get intimidated. They're fluent af

Hi Pooja,i m watching this video quite late but still find it interesting.Dilliwala 6 has offers some delicious food.I tried dal makhni, naan and paneer(not remember specific type).food was to yummy as i m also North Indian craving for delhi types food thr in puducheri.It was just walking distance from the place we stayed at.overall nice experience.
