Hello! I am glad you found this video. I'm sorry I don't check this channel often and that I haven't responded yet. I do love singing and was very disappointed when our church stopped singing as well. Thankfully we have been able to sing again but in the beginning I was so sad. It is a shame to not be allowed to sing. I hope your church will return to it soon as well!
@@vonroretz3307 the Nicene Creed is a historical confession of faith that Christiand adopted in 325 AD during the council of Nicea. The council was a way to resolve conflict between Christian's when Arius tought that Jesus was not fully God. This confession of faith explicitly states that Jesus is the Son of God yet "being of one substance with the Father". We used to sing this at our Lady, Warwick st Soho, before singing was banned.

@@vonroretz3307 When this was recorded, I lived in Florida, now I attend a church in Colorado.
@@elise8116 it looks like Queens College Flushing, NY.
It's very nice to hear this great piece of Anglican music as a piano solo. You play very nicely.
This reminds me of choir rehearsal on Sun. morns, with Mr. Hugh Knight, smoking a cigarette
at St. Phillip's Bed-Stuy.
Thank you! I don't often notice when someone leaves me a comment. I am glad you enjoyed it!
Is it originally Anglican ?
