Yes, there is less scope for pharm.D in India when compared to abroad countries. But now India is also changing. There are many opportunities for pharm.D graduates also but you need to have a proper guidance for your career
If u want to become a pharmacist or if u want to work in pharmaceutical industries, go and choose B pharmacy.
Go for pharm.D only if you're really passionate to work as Clinical pharmacist that means you need too work in hospitals.
Some people are working as Duty doctors and physician Associate too but core of pharm.D is Clinical pharmacy
If you want to settle in Health care IT, then choose wisely. There are equal opportunities for B Pharmacy and PharmD graduates.

After b pharm u cannot become clinical pharmacist..
but u can become..HOSPITAL or Community pharmacist.
To become Clinical pharmacist u have to pursue M PHARM In pharmacy practice or pursue BACCLAURETE Pharm D
