Hi, what is your opinion of doing the stage 1 electrical works, ie elec piping, plumbing, air conditioning and cctv provision works before the putting in burglar proofs and security door? No electrical feed through the piping at stage 1.

That is the practice. Just that thieves are getting wiser by the day so I would still advise you to get your security details in place first.

Depends on your budget and personal preference. Plywood is cheaper.

@@maameosaah1321 I will also recommend plywood, i used for mine and applied P.O.P to make it look beautiful. Then i did the corners P.O.P to reduce the cost. Remember T&J is plastic and the heat when the sun is scorching is a different level.
